Customer service was excellent, but what I was given to eat was not. I had the number four on the menu. It’s 5 cheese Krystal’s with chili cheese fries. 3 out of the 5 Krystal burgers were soggy. Like a drink was spilled on the bread. Thrown together like it was made by a 4 year old. I was very disappointed. I love cheese Krystal’s but probably won’t be back from this experience. And for 14$ to only eat 2 krystals. I’m pretty disappointed.

Yum! If you haven’t tried their breakfast menu, you are missing out! Why wait in a long line at some of the other places who serves breakfast? I have been ordering their Scrambler with bacon, nearly every week now for years. And, their low carb scrambler as well. So fresh and delicious. The scramble eggs with cheese and the crispy bacon and very good grits will not disappoint, only you may want more and more of this! I changed it up the other day, and ordered the 3 egg breakfast plate… OMG! I ordered my eggs over easy- and they were made to perfection! Crispy bacon and I got the grits as a choice, which are well made! I spoke with the cook who made my eggs, he said his grandma taught him… And, it shows! I came from a family tree who has cooked, and ran and owned restaurants. This place holds a 5 + star quality of food and service! These folks appreciate your service… If you wait a tad longer, it’s because you are getting made to order freshness.

Customer service was very poor. Lady at drive through put me on hold for close to 15 minutes while I waited to verbally ask for my order (I was the only person in line).
The ice cream machine was closed early (I wasn’t able to order a chocolate sunday). Lady at checkout was snippy with me and wouldn’t give me any condiments with my burgers after I politely asked for them.
Waffle House would have been a better choice!

Went to krystals yesterday. Drive through person was having tp do front counter and drive through until the front counter lady could get control of what I assume to be her kids that were allowed tp ramp and run and “hang out” in the lobby where I was having lunch. Wont be going back.

Starting with the parking lot and trying to get into this place was difficult. Pull up to the menu and get told to wait a moment. 7 minutes later I get asked what I’d like to order. After placing my order I sat in the drive thru for 13 minutes. Burgers were hot and the bread was soggy. Burger patty’s are thin and the meat is questionable even to fast food standards. Employees weren’t friendly or efficient. First and last time eating Krystal.

The Krystal’s were amazing. I could eat them all day. That jordan man is so cute omg. Everyone is so nice and know what they’re doing. Great management. Kind and thoughtful. Would 100% recommend going. Can’t wait to go back.

I’m the only customer on the lot, order taken quickly, 12 cheese Krystals, medium fry. Young lady at the window nice and polite. Just a few minutes later she hands me the bag. I’m thinking, “that was quick.” Get out on the road, fish a Krystal out of the bag, take a bite, it’s bland and flavorless. The third bite, I finally get a taste of mustard. When I get home and take a closer look, the burgers are grossly undercooked! I’ve got to think it can’t be easy to undercook a burger that is only a quarter of an inch thick. I’ve been eating Krystals for over 60 years and by a large margin you win the worst I’ve ever had. I don’t know who is the bigger fool, the cook or me that paid $23.95 for the experience.
