This place was a joke. The person in front of me in the drive through took so long I almost left and then they moved. I paid for my food right away but waited more than 5 minutes and when she came to the window had me move up to wait even though no one was behind me. Waited there about 5 minutes too. Then the cheese on my sandwich wasn’t melted. Seriously?!!!! Never going back. Very incompetent.!

This, as well as other fast food chains are waaayyy to expensive. Krystal say they charge less if paying with cash, although to my dismay I went through the drivethru today and paid with cash and my total for a #3 combo meal was $16.95-you have got to be kidding! Service is terrible at this location as well. I am done eating at this Krystal, much less any other fast food chain-I will be cooking at home from now on.

I enjoyed my burgers and the fries were SUPER hot! My husband ordered bacon cheese burger sliders without onions. His still has onions on them. We were the only ones in the dining room. Good thing because it was dirty.

I love the scramblers. and I usually like to stop before work to grab one. this location is supposed to open at 7. half of the time the location is not open and when they are open I stop around 715 and am told breakfast will not be ready till 730 or I am completely ignored by the speaker and the window. the manager is very rude and acts as if I’m bothering her by stopping by so early. i have not stopped by in weeks because I don’t want to be disappointed or feel like I’m wrong for stopping by so early. it’s sad that this is the only location near me.

1st time eating here and they sold us chiks that were old and half cooked. The buns disintegrated. The fries were half cooked too. And this was for a kids meal for my 2 yr old. Then they charged for chilli but at the last minute said they were out of it and wouldn’t refund for the chilli. Can’t believe they’re serving raw chicken and old stale buns. And charging for items they don’t have. Ridiculous. 21$ for garbage
