Came 12 mins before breakfast ended and asked the cashier if it was OK to order breakfast. I ordered the scrambled in cup and if was half filled and a piece of cold cheese thrown on top and I took it back and they fixed it but blamed me for coming for breakfast late.

Drove over 12 hours to get to the hotel from Dallas and saw krystal and wanted to give it a try. Says Open on sign and 24 hours drive thru. I pull up and place looks vandalized with every light on and no one inside. Terrible 1st experience and they need to either fix it or sell it.

Apparently these people are riding the clock all night. Looks like they leave and lock the doors with all the lights on to make it look as if they’re open and never answer the drive thru. This is extremely trifling. Corporate or whomever should fire EVERYONE and hire individuals who actually care about their job. Your employees are making your business lose money and just taking from you. Maybe I should buy this joint and fire everyone myself. This restaurant has been here for YEARS and has gotten worse and worse. Somebody should really fix this issue. No point in claiming to be 24 hours if your employees won’t work.

Drove ALL the way to Roswell to go to this restaurant from downtown. The light skinned guy with tattoos was EXTREMELY rude but being the eloquent well mannered person I am I did nothing but smile and say thank you multiple times. Look at this burger it was done on purpose and it’s revolting. I’ve been to different krystals all over this is unacceptable. So disappointed I was sent home with this nasty super soggy burger which was obviously given to me on purpose for no apparent reason. Called store and no answer from phone.

This Krystal location on Holcomb bridge road in Roswell is not that good. It’s a shame because this Krystal is right off the GA 400 exit. But the service is poor and the food is pretty bad too. I would avoid this location at all costs! They need to improve quite a bit. I am sure staffing issues are the blame too but still

I truly hope that the employees that served me this trash tonight with hours old fries burnt chicken and a shake that I didn’t ask for have the experience of that and soon I hope they get to experience being hungry having a family member in the hospital and being tired and just simply trying to get back to them and while reaching in the bag discover what I did or worse I’ve been to this Krystal before never had this experience however I will make sure it is my last visit. I wasn’t given a receipt because he knew that I shouldn’t have been served this. This was on 8/16/2021 at 8:38pm

One thing I loved about this Krystal, is that mustard was evenly placed over the whole hamburger and not just a tiny dot on the bun. I asked for no onions and didn’t find any onions on the Krystal burger. They have thick fries, and I love the way the Krystal fries are now.
The lady at the window was very pleasant. I didn’t have any coke dripping down the side of the cup when it was handed to me. I am definitely going back and visiting this Krystal again for lunch.

I’ve been by there two times in the last two weeks. Last time was last night at 10 PM. They are not open. Maybe permanently closed I’m not sure. Although their website says they’re open.

We went through the Krystal drive through yesterday 6/02/25 around 9:30PM and tried to order 4 double cheese Krystal burgers, and the lady told us they were out of the meat for the Krystal burgers, so it was going to take 30 minutes to make our order. We were the only car in the drive through, and there were no customers inside. I just wonder how in the world it could take 30 minutes to make 4 double cheese Krystal burgers. We weren’t going to wait that long, so cancelled the order. The service at this location has been terrible the last few times we have tried to eat there. I doubt we will be back. Maybe they need some change with management.
