Trying to process the thought behind giving somebody a kids meal full of Chili cheese fries is blowing my mind ! I only one of them fresh that’s it ! $12.40 for this insane ! This is literally a kid meal SIZE ! This isn’t even a large fry !!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! I came here after a long day of work and ordered food was very happy that it came out quickly, got home and it was like they donked everything in water. The buns were like puddy and wet. The meat was gray and had black dots on it and left brown sludge, and the fries tasted like either had been sitting out or the grease was very old. All around looked like it would make you sick. I questioned it as I was driving home because of the smell like something was spoiled. Never again.
Update: manager of the location called. Saying that, that’s how they are made. The world she used was ‘Gooey’ and that based on my pictures they looked freshly made…. spoke over me a few times. Then at the end offered to replace it but I chose to stick to my word and never go back to that location. I wish she would have taken accountability that it wasn’t up to standards. Also I would question her saying she’s worked at multiple locations over 30 years and they have also been gooey. To be clear it was like someone dipped the patties in water.

Worst place ever, I only been living in Covington GA for a little while. When I first moved here I was excited about a Krystal’s being here. After today I can see way all of them are closed. Please if you go to Krystal”s no that if no one is in their parking lot that they will not cook your food fresh for you it’s time to close this one to poor business. And they don’t see that their the one’s making this place lose business.

I came in with my family and ordered. I’m 7 months pregnant and the food gave me food poisoning!!!!! I can’t stop throwing up. The food gave my husband the runs after only eating two burgers. Customer service was horrible! The burger was cold and thrown into the box. Just find it crazy yall didn’t have the decency to give a pregnant woman fresh food. But be lazy and give us cold patties that’s been sitting on the side. I will never come back to this place again! Yall put me and my child in harm way!

The food was pretty good here, the first time eating at Krystals in many years. The service and staff were very friendly and helpful. This was the first time my kids had ever eaten at a Krystals restaurant. They really enjoyed the lil hamburgers and French fries. We’ll definitely go back again.

I scheduled an order of 150 Krystal burgers to be picked up and delivered by Uber Eats for my daughter’s wedding reception as a evening snack. The order was placed 5 days in advance and they cancelled on us without warning on the day of the event and with no time to make different arrangements with a more reputable establishment like Chic fil A. I guess they didn’t need or want the $300+ order.

Manager there was absolutely nasty, cursing, saw the employees trying to keep up but continued on her phone. The restaurant was disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I did order but after seeing the employees and seeing/hearing the manager, I requested a refund. The manager of course had no words. We will never come back to that location and probably never come back to a Krystal’s. I previously worked for Krystal’s back in the day and it was an absolute shame to see this location in such disarray.
I highly recommend not consuming anything from this joint until they get better management there. How they have a “B” rating is beyond me from the health department.
