The food is terrible. I am from Savannah, Georgia and that’s where krystal is familiar at to me. I thought I was gonna get a taste of home but instead, I was sadly disappointed. The fries are extremely greasy unlike any other. The Krystal sandwich had absolutely no flavor and soggy as all get out. It took 15 moons to get my food when I was the only one there. It’s actually terrifying for Orangeburg to even represent Krystal this way. I had to throw my food away. The lemonade itself tasted powdery and disgusting. Never will I go here yet ever trust me stay far far away

First time in and only been to Krystal in another state once. It’s a fast food joint that does what it’s supposed to do. The little burgers are good and I would stop again if in the area and wanting something quick to go. The fries were great, burgers good, and the hot dog was not good.

I spent $33 to this place and am disappointed for the second time. The first time to much mustard was on the burgers. On my way from work i wanted to get something quick to eat for my family. I decided to try Krystal because they just opened not to long ago. Well, I order two smash burgers with two chilli cheese fries. When I got home the burger has so much grease on the paper and bun until its soggy. The fries were running over everywhere. They are slowly starting to turn into the other fast food restaurants because I even had to pull up and wait and nobody wasn’t even ahead of me.

Never been a Krystal fan, but my husband’s from Ohio and when he heard there was one in Orangeburg, SC, an hout from our home, he definitely had to go. I tried the Patty Melt and it was DELICIOUS!!!! The cheese was melted just right, the burger was cooked perfectly smashburger-style and the toast grilled exactly right. We’re for sure going to eat there again!!

Wife said looked nice and clean and she spent about 12 or do for two burgers and two fries. Tried to post pictures of half full fries and burgers smaller than 3 inches but site won’t let me. I can post them on Social media but not site. Wish I was warned about over spiced and small burgers I could have sent her to McDonald’s instead

Highly do not recommend. I took one bite of my burger and it was basically a mouthful of mustard — way more mustard than actual meat. Completely ruined the meal. Save your money and your taste buds!

Haven’t had a Krystal’s around our area in 10+ yrs so decided to make the hour drive to a new one that opened up around 2-3 months ago. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly! The price for 3 people was about on par with other fast food places. The food was quick to come out and was very good! Those lil sliders are absolutely delicious! The fries and onion rings were also very good! Will definitely take the drive back!

The lady in there with the glasses was very nice to me & my gf. She kept asking us if everything was alright & if we had a good christmas which was very sweet. It was my first time having krystal. Good burgers. Small but good.

The food was good, we went there on December 9th. It may have been their first day open, but as I see other reviews. I don’t understand why the owner doesn’t respond to the negative feedback. I feel there should be transparency from leadership, especially moving forward. They patronized this business just like the people leaving positive feedback. This restaurant has a 3.5 already and it hasn’t event been opened for 6months. Leadership, if there is any; needs to hold these companies accountable for their service, food quality, and atmosphere. Ignoring negative feedback is not the way to start. I hope to see better management of commentary soon.

While in Orangeburg I stopped at Krystals. Never been to one. I ordered the 5 piece spicy chicken wings,fries and sweet tea. The wing’s was really good,but so little. They looked like a baby chick. Was very disappointed with size. The fries didn’t have a taste. The sweet tea was good. I would order the wings again if they were bigger.
