Stopped in for lunch to enjoy Taco Tuesday. This was my first time eating here. The food was delicious and fulfilling. I had the 3 Krue Tacos with a lemonade. My son had the birria quesadilla with a cup of Sweet Lucy. The staff was welcoming. There was a little bit of a wait for the food, but that was to be expected from reading previous reviews. Food was hot and fresh when it came out. I plan to return for their Soulfood Sunday. Be sure to follow them on social media to see what menu is available on the day you plan to visit.

First time trying this establishment. You have to wait in line to order before sitting down. The staff is continuously walking through the line. I waited one hour to order and another to receive my food. The music is too loud. The food presentation was good. On the other hand by the time you receive your food you forget your ordered, due to the fact you don’t receive a receipt. The food was a hit and miss. I ordered the loaded plater. 1 fish it was okay, 3 drummettes not bad, the porkchops are gigantic it was a big no. This plater comes with sides collard greens 10 good
grits 0 uncooked
macaroni 1 salty
yams 1 don’t taste right
red beans 1 scratched.
I also ordered fish and grits 3 the shrimps too salty
tails too rubbery/ over cooked and the grits were hard. Last thing was the luxe meal which included lamb and two sides. The lamb was a 10. The lack of condiments that came with all this was limited and when extras was requested they add a charge.
I give this place a 4/10 with a side of high blood pressure.

So my job sent me to Shreveport ‍♀️ and I thought, at least let me grab some good food while I’m here- I searched food in Shreveport and Krue was the first listing—- the pictures looked good so I went for it. OH‼️ It WAS NOT false advertisement. THEM SALMON BITES with some kinda hot honey sauce, and THEM SHRIMP FIRM‼️‼️ Ya Heard Me‼️ All the fried seafood was breaded and seasoned deliciously ‼️ The Gentleman Host was very nice, polite and professional (and he can sing) They had the music jamming and a nice vibe. It was really nice and clean also. NOW- the mac and cheese taste like doctored box mac (it was descent for what it was worth) I dont think they serve alcoholic beverages, there is a train that ROARS by from time to time, and also WATCH THEM YN’s OUTSIDE (that’s not the restaurant, it’s the environment ‍♀️ ‍♀️)

Other than that- Food & Service were pretty good

Looks like it might jump at night, but I would definitely AT LEAST have my taser to walk to my car ‍♀️

The wait time is horrible. I ordered two sides to go. I literally had to wait 45 mins. It was at least eight tables with customers sitting at them. However, no one food had came out. I left without receiving my full order after inquiring twice. I was very disappointed for the extremely long wait. I must include what I did receive the food was mediocre.

To reply to the owner message: Correction, I was not advised there will be a 45 minute wait on two regular sides. Had I known I definitely would have not placed an order. I was told numerous times the order will be out shortly by the host. Needless to say the order was still incomplete as I stated in my review after 45 minutes. I just chose to leave. By all means, I’m not bashing your business. The accuracy does need to be recognized & service most definitely streamlined. Enjoy your day!

Went on luch this past weekend. Gave my wife order to another tabe(no big issue) mistakes happen. I ordered a salad. Seemed like a pound of cheese and a thin layer of salad. After my wife shrimp basket came out. Fries were soggy, and that parchment paper was full of grease. They felt like a soggy mop head. Service was mid at best! Ordered my cool-aid as soon as I walked in the door. Didn’t get it until my wife got her shrimp basket. 30-35min later. The dine-in experience was bad. We came together but had to eat separate. Overall, it was a bad experience. I didn’t offer to make it right or even throw in a few extra shrimp for the wait. Nothing….

On behalf of our crew here at Sams Club 8273. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving spread delivered to our club today. The food was absolutely delicious, memories of Big mama, putting her bigtoe in that dressing. Stirring the greens… making sure those yams are just right.

Omg! Krue Events Is LITERALLY THE PLACE TO BE !! If you want to catch a cool vibe, great food, great service and also a night to remember Pleaseee RUN DONT WALK!! Go down there order anything i promise they won’t let you down AT ALL!! Also for my hookah girliesss they have hookahs !! It’s a nice atmosphere all of the vibes are there!!! Me, my mom and sisters went for our monthly mother daughter’s outing and when I say my mom was on her toes all nightttttt!! The Dj had us LITTT and singing and dancing all night long! I may be hoarse and sore in the morning but i don’t care !! ( also book him for your Dj needs! @godjteddyb GoodVibeDeejsLLC He won’t let you down !) I can’t wait to come back! Our group went here for Lunch! What a horrible eating experience! Service was the worst! I ordered the hot honey wings and It wasn’t any honey on them at all! It was a bottle of Louisiana hot sauce! Would not exchange for something else! Some had to wait 45 minutes to get their food! I would say to anyone! Don’t waste your time! There is no customer service here at all! A very disappointing lunch!
