Social Profile:

Kropp’s is a quaint, throw back to years gone by – traditional Supper Club. Originally it was built in 1904 as a boarding house, then in 1946 became a Supper Club. The original owners Clarence and Isabelle Kropp opened the business armed with secret recipes from their adventures in the South. Their son Merlin and his wife Marge took over the family business for many decades and created the foundation the Supper Club is known for to this day: Food, Family & Tradition. Kropp’s is a small Supper Club in which the experience is as much a value as the food and drink. Once you enter, a hostess will greet you and provide menus to look at. Your order is taken while you are relaxing at the bar and once a table is available you are told the number.

We were visiting the Green Bay area and decided to try Kropp’s supper club. It’s first come, first serve, but we were able to be seated at the bar, given menus to order, and were then seated when the food was ready. Portions were large and good quality. Our waitress provided excellent service. The place is definitely old-school supper club-style dining, which was just what we wanted while visiting. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

01/02/26 – Great little supper club! Awesome bourbon choices, but limited food options. (Friday’s at least) Had the broasted chicken. Great flavor but eating it as a combined thigh/leg was less than ideal.

Immediately greeted by professional friendly staff who provided us with menus at the bar. She came back within a few minutes and took our orders. Shortly after our table was ready, we were seated and our appetizer was served. Food was good and served as ordered. Atmosphere was cozy and warm.

Small Supper Club with great food. We were greeted with a smile as we walked in the door. Drink’s were good. Service was good. The staff were genuinely interested in how our meal was and it was great. The owner even came out to our table to check if everything was good. The dining room is small but it’s very welcoming and homey. I had the Rib Eye steak and it was cooked to my liking and juicy. Desert was fabulous. I would definitely come here more often if I lived closer.

Awesome little supper club, that’s my favorite type of place. The tenderloin is phenomenal! Absolutely the best I’ve had in years, and I’ve had it multiple times, cooked perfectly.

Unique experience and setup. Small dining room with order at the bar process prior to dining room seating. Food was good and so was the service. Definitely an experience to try.

True Wisconsin Supper Club. Excellent service from start to finish. Food was a little rushed as they forgot to bring out our chicken gizzard spread and liver patee, but both were delicious. Fish and chicken breading is unique and very crispy. Brandy Alexander and grasshoppers were also delicious. Both the tenderloin and Ribeye were cooked to perfection. Love the old school vibe with great patrons.
Perch has a really light batter and reheated well in the oven.
Baked French onion was really good

I can’t believe I’ve missed this place. Went there for the first time on Wednesday night this week and was thoroughly impressed and went home very full.
Their olde fashions didn’t disappoint and I ordered an 8 ounce lobster tail that was truly awesome and not overpriced. The only criticism I could make is that there was maybe too many fried seafood options and I like things fresh or grilled.
Restaurant displays its history well with photos on wall and on their menu. The service was slow but that’s what you want, sit at the bar, get your order taken and lead to your seat. A rainy night with nowhere to be, so it was perfect!
