My boss and I were in town for a work trip and we decided to have breakfast here. So glad we did! We were immediately and warmly greeted as we walked in. Our server brought out piping hot coffee right after we were seated, which was great for the cold morning. The menu is classic diner fare on steroids! Lots of good choices, I went with the Chicken Fried Steak omlette and it was delicious. We’ll definitely be back on the next visit!

The food was good. A tad greasy though. The tea? Not really hot and the milk was not great. The menu is large and they have specials on the table as well. Lots to choose from. Service was stellar. Atmosphere is great and so are the customers, we chatted with some lovely ladies while there.

Been here several times in the past and it just keeps getting better. We had a young fellow as a server and he was absolutely fantastic. The menu has changed and lots of new items have been added since we were here last. We’ll have to try some new stuff next time we visit again.

Such a cute diner! I love these kinds of places and I’m so happy I stopped by. If you get a shake, they’re massive!

The visitor’s center recommended this place so we headed over for a late lunch. We love a theme restaurant. There was no wait to get in. I think our timing was just right as it wasn’t a lunch rush and too early for dinner. The food was good diner food and we enjoyed our meal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked a bunch of questions and our waitress was extremely helpful.

I had heard of this place through friends some months ago. When I came to Fargo for a date (i got stood up), i ended up staying the night and naturally come morning needed something to break my fast. To my delight, this establishment was meer minutes away from where I had bedded down.

There was a short wait to be seated, but once I was I had a good experience. The staff were on point. My tea was always full. My food arrived quickly. There was even multiple options for hot sauce.

Portion sizes were quite generous. I reckon my order could have fed a family of four, but I was hungry and ate it all. The pancakes were about 8″ wide to give the photo some scale.

I will certainly return should I find myself in Fargo again.

This Diner did not disappoint. Have been wanting to go there for awhile and when we did, the place was packed and the food was great. There was a wait which is not surprising given the good food.

I highly recommend you get a Kuchen! I had a rhubarb one and it was really good. Nice breakfast appetizer. Had an omelet with pancakes. Very good.

Whenever I travel, I look for places that are unique and have a local flavor. Kroll’s has a great diner atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food that will satisfy your hunger and a great price.

I ordered an omelet and added a side of bacon and a side of sausage. I did not expect the portion sizes to be so large. (Most places consider a “side” of bacon as two average sized pieces- Kroll’s “side” of bacon was more than twice that amount!)

If you leave this place hungry, it’s your own fault!

Very cute old timey Dinner. The restaurant was very clean. There are plenty of parking spots. Family-friendly kid friendly. Staff was friendly and attentive. However; the eggs had a very bland taste to it, and the eggs looked very, very thin. Looked and tasted weird. The sausage wasn’t cooked all the way. The meal looked and tasted rushed.

We stopped in with a group of 17 ten-and-under hockey players and their families, and even though the staff was understandably a little concerned at first about the size of our group, they went out of their way to make it work.
They squeezed us in, accommodated everyone, and truly went above and beyond to take care of our group. The food was great, and the service was even better.
We really appreciated their flexibility and kindness — especially with such a large, energetic group. We would absolutely come back.
