Exceeded all expectations! Possibly the best prosciutto I’ve ever had. All ingredients were high quality and there were so many menu options! Amazing! Love that they put balsamic vinegar in the sandwiches. Excellent taste overall.

I’m Italian and Sicilian and have lived around the corner from this place my whole life. I have memories of going here as a kid back when it was R&F Italian Specialties, but I had not been here since it became Annamaria’s Deli. I recently saw a video on Instagram by @njdigest showing off their “Massimo” sandwich and decided it was time to finally check it out. The man at the register was very friendly, patient, and helpful. I ordered the “Maria” sandwich on semolina bread which included fresh mozzarella, sweet roasted peppers, and arugula. It was delicious and I really appreciate how they have several different vegetarian options. I’ll definitely be coming back to try them all!

I enjoyed my Nonno Tuna hero sandwich with mozzarella a balsamic glaze and spicy peppers, perfect touch of zing! They do use imported canned tunas, nicer quality than the typical American canned tunas.
My husband got the Napoli hero sandwich. The meat were freshly sliced cold cuts. The amount of meat were generous too, 1.5” thick stuffed in the hero bread.
Highly recommend, we’ll definitely visit again!

I am highly disappointed with my order. I have eaten these same sandwhichs many times before and this time they were terrible! I order semolina bread which they charge a dollar extra for and my sandwiches were on regular bread. On top of that, the bread was so stale it was so hard biting into. Rock hard bread like it’s been out the entire day and crumbled every time I tried to bite it. My wife is Italian and was shocked that they would even attempt to make a 15 dollar sandwich with extremely stale bread! Also her sandwich was charged 1.50 extra for a hot pepper spread we have a jar of in our fridge. Should be free. She was expecting long hots or AT LEAST hot cherry tomatoes. But got a smidge of pepper spread instead. Which really didn’t matter because after a few tried in biting the stale bread we threw the 35 dollar sandwiches away. NEVER AGAIN

The Napoli Sandwich is good, I added roasted chicken, which I thought would be an actual chicken breast and not cold cut. The bread is fresh. I also bought a meatball, and that was excellent! Will come back to try other things

The food is great but the service trash. Get someone who knows how to answer the phone. They ask you to hold and take other orders while your on the phone. You can hear the laughing and talk with the customers, while you get ignored on the phone. I waited for 15 min on hold and hung up. For a deli that relies on phone orders you don’t know what your doing. I guess only the walk in people count I mean it not like I don’t spend money there, I order for 5 and drop 70 to 80 dollars at a time. This happens all the time, not just once.

I am so happy to have found this place because this is the best sandwich shop around. They use high quality meats with super delicious breads from Brooklyn. I’ve tried 3 sandwiches: AnnaMaria, Napoli, & the Hot Roast Beef. You can taste the quality difference from other sandwich shops.
The staff is really friendly and made helpful suggestions. On my second visit I tried their cannoli…wow, one of the best I’ve had in a while.
I will definitely be back to try many more sandwiches. Thanks for opening this shop.

AnnaMaria’s was recommended to us and it certainly did not disappoint. The sandwiches are delicious, and great variety and combinations. Generous portions and reasonable prices. Only thing I would like to see is more salads and sides (pasta salad, cucumber tomato salad etc).
