This review is based solely on my experience with this location’s online order pick-up system. I’ve had the best luck and customer service from this Kroger, compared to the other stores I have used the pick-up option at. They seem to have a very well-organized system, friendly employees, and a full stock overall (some items were not available, but I fully understand that is to be expected during such times.) I’m definitely happy and satisfied with my experiences at this location!

Today was the first time I’ve had an issue at this Kroger. I asked someone for assistance, he did not know where it was at, he saw a list plaster on one of the ink caps and told me my best bet was to look at the list to find it. Then when I go to check out one of the cashiers named Patty decided to get an attitude with me when I was checking out for no reason. I will not be going back to this Kroger

Love selection! But needs more people to help in peak hours. Had to wait for 15 minutes for help long line and only one person when seen at least 3 people back there. A little upset with that I felt bad for lady helping us.

Only half of the deli was open today .sky high prices . Kroger is finally learning if the pay garbage the employees quit and get better jobs. Now Kroger pays up to 15.50 an hour. So they have a staff . It only took what 10 years ? For kroger to pay a better wage ? Also grocery proces are around some of the highest in the area. I only buy kroger decaf coffee it’s actually a good deal.

CHECK YOUR PRICES!! Rude worker rang up $16 for 1lb of meat & labeled it a pizza!! Someone else was even complaining to the manager after we did. I pulled the number and she wouldn’t even call numbers I waited several minutes with no line, until my fiance was finally able to get her attention.

Friendly staff with decent assortment of deli meats and cheese. The Kowalski Cole slaw and macaroni salad are pretty good here better than store brand but go early sometimes salads are running low in afternoon or evening.

I realize they cannot make their broasted chicken all the time they run out of chicken. I have suggested that maybe they just do the broasted chicken on certain days so they have enough chicken.
