This is not a true Delicatessen, though it bills itself as one, thus why I have rated it four stars instead of five. They have a fair, but not exceptional, selection of meats and cheeses available for slicing, and no cut-to-order bread at all. You cannot order a sandwich made here, nor do they have a seating area for eating, which a proper Deli would.
Now, all that said, if all you need to do is buy some cold-cuts and cheese for making sandwiches at home they can handle that task well, which I am aware a lot of people consider the distinction between a ‘Deli’ and a full ‘Delicatessen’, thus why they get four stars instead of three.
The staff here have always been polite and knowledgeable, and though I have never seen the shop running at full speed wait times are rarely _too_ long, though you can get waits of 20 minutes or so around major Holidays like the Fourth of July, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
All-in-all, a solid three, “It’s Okay”, bumped up to a four, “I Liked It”, because of peer pressure.

Kroger is a great store but we shop early so its sometimes hard to get what we want. It’s either not stocked or there’s no one to wait on you.
