Always leaves much to be desired. Everything Krogers Carries is almost exclusively their brand of meats & cheeses which is Private Selection. They do not carry many other brand names of deli meats & cheeses. They are usually out of the deli meats & cheeses I am looking for. Krogers truck only comes on certain days an then most of the time what they’ve ordered for the deli does not come leaving it very much under stocked and understaffed. For some reason the staff cannot understand how to slice chipped chopped ham. They blame it on their slicers saying their slicers do not go low enough to do chipped chopped ham. I do not believe they train their employees well enough to know the difference. I go to Wal-Mart for deli meats & cheeses. If not I’ll drive out of my way to Tarlton, Kingston, and Laurelville to their local small grocery stores for deli meats & cheeses where the customer service representatives are friendly, they carry a variety of meats & cheeses, and their usually cheaper.

All I wanted was cheese and ham and some old lady named Gerri was very very rude was constantly wiping her nose with her gloves and everything else no longer coming to Kroger for deli meat she was also complaining about how she was supposed to be off at 3 and how she shouldn’t have to help me very very rude person
