GO TO THE ONE IN CHAMPAIGN, PLEASE!!!
It is shameful that this place even calls itself Krispy Krunchy Chicken, because it is so inferior to the other location a few miles away in Champaign. The real KKC is the best fried chicken joint in IL, but the one in Urbana is the worst. Read my review of that one instead if youre interested.
Urbana KKC has absent-minded employees and poorly cooked food. It either tastes raw or burned. It takes forever to get service and they can barely speak english. Considering their food is above average priced, the quality control should be much higher.

I just wish stores that sell chicken would cook it fresh and just tell the customer you got to wait 15-20 minutes nobody wants any chicken that’s been laid up over time. Gressy old smell. I’m sorry I wanted to give AT&T your best referral but that chicken was awful and I have to let them know on the AT&T Twitter and Snapchat.
