Krispy Krunchy Chicken is delicious! The chicken was deliciously seasoned and served hot. They were busy. However, they were moving at a steady pace to accommodate the customers. They are located inside of the gas station on Rosa Parks Boulevard and Gylnn Court. The staff are courteous and friendly. I will visit this location again.

I ordered ( two) three piece white meat chicken meals and what door dash brought me was one little wing and a dried-up piece of fish. Tried to call to complain but first they wouldn’t answer the phone, then they answered and straight put me on hold. I held on for 32 minutes before I finally hung up, and I screen shot it. Meanwhile I’m still trying to call from my house phone while I’m holding on on my cell phone but the same thing was happening. I could actually hear their phone ringing but they wouldn’t answer it. This was my first experience with Krispy krunchy Chicken and it will definitely be my last. Such a disappointment….smh

Spoke directly with team members for my order what l received wasn’t it. I called to let them know and was furious l got hung up on. In their defense they called back after the complaint (l called them )but we are very unsatisfied going back and forth knowing l was correct. Then to have them ask do we live far from there. How is that going to fix anything. Customer service is key to any business and your livelihood comes from our patronage. Consider that.

Deserves ZERO stars. My son and I went around 3:30 in the afternoon. Our food was room temperature, the chicken and fish was fried hard and taste like old oil was used. The biscuit’s were hard, and our fries and wedges were old and soggy. I’ll never spend another dime of my money there or any of the other locations!!!!! What a waste of $23!!!!!!
