I was forced to leave a tip, WHY? The machine wouldn’t let me exit without leaving their tip. Then my side was missing when I got home, I asked for the Red Beans. Good thing for the honey on top of the biscuit, because the biscuit had zero flavor! Poor service and forced tipping at a fast food operation.
I will not return or go to any KKC, promise!

Ordered a simple special. 6 wings and fry’s . Got what seemed to be stale old warm fries . Possibly yesterdays fry’s since I ordered before lunch . The wings were not even tossed or remotely look anything like the photo . What a shame .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. For a franchise that promotes amazing chicken, their chicken is horrible! Came in last night for dinner for the family. The lady making the food was horrible.. she had an attitude then got upset when my husband told her we need a 12 piece family meal.. she tried to lie to us and told us we have to get tenders or cant get the meal. No problem,, we got chicken and fries separately. When we got home, our chicken was oily, and so dark from the old oil that was used. And very bland! We asked for a family sized fries, she gave us cold and soggy fries and mixed it with cold and soggy wedges. Pretty much what they had left. And the blueberry biscuits…were so hard that she tried to drown them in honey butter. Yes ma’am, I would like some biscuits with my honey butter.. smdh. We called ahead of time and Was told…BY THE OWNER. they stop cooking at 8:30pm. So we got there with enough time to be in and out before 8:30pm. Everyone in my house who ate this food,, woke up this morning in the bathroom and throwing up. We go to different locations all the time and have never had an experience like this. They take no pride in their food and this location alone can tarnish the reputation that Krispy Krunchy Chicken has. I would not recommend!

We ordered this place from DoorDash. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal. The fact they call it a meal is a joke. In the picture it shows the tenders and a biscuit, it does not come with any sides. So I also ordered waffle fries (which I never received). The chicken was okay. My husband ordered a two piece meal, again a joke. His chicken tasted okay, but it came in an open boat type container, so it was cold when it arrived. I am extremely disappointed with what received for the amount of money we spent. And I’m sorry but if you’re going to list “meals” on your menu, they should actually be meals. You’re entire menu was basically alacarte and overpriced. We will not be ordering from here again.

Was at the location inside Walmart on Gatlin in Port Saint Lucie. Got the shrimp (good), fries, Mac & Cheese (both OK but nothing to write home about), and the red beans and rice (good). Next time I’ll ask for extra ketchup.
