This use to be the best for chicken. The prices was fair. Some reason it has changed. Prices went up the staff is rude especially the Assistant Manager she is by means the rudest person for Customer care. The quality of the chicken has went down. It use to be the best in the area spicy and wonderful. Now dry and unseasoned. The Chicken is not made to the perfection that Krunchy standards anymore. What happened? I want answers. Used to love coming here for chicken. Now an 8 piece dark meat chicken box is $20. Go down the street and get an 8 piece for $9.99 at Publix. This is ridiculous. I hope Krispy Krunchy chicken knows how much this place charges for their chicken.

Cashier incredibly rude & trashy. Short blonde hair. I’ve seen her be rude to others and now she’s done it to me. She’s very combative. She seems to think that the customers are her enemy. Almost every time a customer walks out she talks bad about them behind their back, out loud to whoever she’s working with and where all the other customers can hear her. I have been going in there every single day for months without issue.
She got really annoyed with me for asking how much something was and started calling me condescending names, which escalated, and actually told me to PUT ON A BRA. She told me don’t come back, and I haven’t. I used to go everyday and buy gas, plus food and drinks for multiple people, but no more.

I got a premade bbq chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese. Chicken on sandwich was surprisingly still crispy! Mac n cheese was hot and very cheesy; I definitely recommend it. Coworker got 4-pc tender, honey biscuit, and Mac n cheese. He said tenders were really good, a little spicy and certainly not cold. He loved the Mac n cheese. Biscuit was “alright”.
If you’re looking for an excellent meal, gas station food probably isn’t a good choice. That said, this gas station’s food exceeded our expectations by quite a bit!

Everything is pre made hours before lunch time. I ordered the 4 pice chicken tender w/ biscuit and added a mac and cheese. The tenders we hard and dried out, the biscuit was flavorless and hard,,the mac and cheese was good. Hubby got the 3 piece dark with fries chicken was ok fries sat for ever and were disgusting. Paid 20 bucks for the two of us to eat. Wish I would have spent our money elsewhere. We did tell them about the fries and they gave us a hard time but manager said switch for mac and cheese.
