The chicken and fries probably were made not soon before we got in. They were fresh and hot. The biscuits…words almost fail me. They were so hard they were ineible. (Correction, the dogs were able to eat them.) I have had softer croutons. I’ve had softer day old KFC biscuits.
Service was unremarkable. Atmosphere is a gas station.
While I appreciate the reply from the business, they don’t really say what they’re doing to make it better. Those biscuits were a crime. Are they re-training staff? Working to better track how long items are left out? I understand Google likes it when you reply to reviews, but what are you doing to improve?

Very frustrating.
I saw the word “Deli” on their sign, and walked in, and someone walked over to the restaurant side, and I said “Where’s the deli?” and he pointed to the warmer displaying chicken and fries. Then I went over to the convenience store side, and asked “Where’s the deli?” and he pointed to the chicken restaurant. And I said “A deli is where you can get sandwiches made to order.” And he said, “No, just chicken.”
Okay, fine, whatever. Then I was going to get a snack, and every single item had a printed out little label, but there were no prices on anything. I mentioned the fact that every other convenience store has price labels. He then looked up the price on his phone, and the was $3.75 for a little bag of snack food. I put it back and said “Forget it.”
I won’t be going back.

Only complaint is the drive thru menu sign was not working and had to go into the store. Chicken and service were great as always.

It was before 6:30pm on a tuesday. Dinner time for many… no sides, hardly any chicken prepared, and they did not substitute more chicken for the lack of a side, as agreed upon. Also there was 5 tenders , not six. My son was not happy when we got home. Horrible service and weird people. Not a good vibe at all. And way too expensive!

Normally love the food, but tonight we got the old fries. (Very unusual by the way, normally no complaints) Which is normally no problem, I took the old crunchy ones back and politely asked if I could possibly get fresh fries because these tasted really old. (They were honestly inedible and had been sitting for hours.) The lady kind of snapped at me and insisted they just came off the fryer and were fresh. I then offered to pay for another order for fresh* fries. She was telling me about how busy they’d been ma’am those fries were gross. I threw them away in front of her. Her employees were apologetic for her. That was embarrassing on her part. I kind of was surprised she’d insisted I was a liar. The others did not know what to say, except I’m glad they had the decency to apologize for her.Bad customer service. In my opinion. Won’t come here again.

Stopped in on the 4th day of being open!!!!
Wow what a great place to get some really chicken and sides. We happened to catch them after the frier was off yet they had some of the best fried chicken I have had. The Cajun Tenders where delicous. The Macaroni and cheese was on point. The breading on the chicken is perfect and not greasy at all. Its in the name KRISPY KRUNCHY CHICKEN and its just that.
The honey Biscuits where delicious as well.
Looking forward to going back!
