Krispy Kreme has the best doughnuts. The classic glazed ones are warm, soft and melt in your mouth. The variety is great and every doughnut tastes fresh. The staff are friendly and the place always feels bright and welcoming. If you love sweet treats, this is the perfect stop.

Great service, donuts are very tasty. Not gonna lie one the worst coffee I ever had, first one one was cold with coffee grounds in the coffee that was cold. Nice customer service so the cup was replaced right away but the result was still awful, bitter tasting coffee that will not be bought again unfortunately.

The most generous restaurant chain I know whether that be in the pandemic, giving donuts for making good grades, we’re offering free samples for donuts made fresh. Workers are always polite and generous. One of the best coffee donut shops. Sorry Dunkin, and not sorry Starbucks!

Last time the presentation of my donuts were incredibly sloppy, this time they handed back my card very sticky because the lady was handling donuts and then handling my card which means- correct, handling donuts thereafter
VERY UNSANITARY.
This location needs some mandatory learning refreshers.
I deleted my first review considering ppl have tough days, but bad service is a trend here.
Go elsewhere if you can.

I came to pick up a dozen glazed donuts and wanted to redeem a “free doughnut” reward. The worker Richard was not friendly and had a bad attitude. After purchasing the dozen, he told me I couldn’t redeem the reward.
Apparently I had to purchase 2 extra doughnuts apart from the dozen (the reward stated with any purchase) he kept having a condescending tone and said “well my Scanner isn’t working and it’s not going to magically appear on my screen”
He refused to give us our free doughnut and said they are saving the donuts that had made tonight for the next day. Is that normal? Richard had claimed their machine broke.
The manager was not helpful either. He came rushing to the window saying “so what do you want? A free donut?” I just hope corporate can do something about the manager and Richard. First and last time I will be coming to this location

I came here for world kindness day and it was super clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly I got a free donut and the donut was delicious it tasted super moist and fresh I was extremely satisfied and then I ordered a hot chocolate which to my surprise was actually Ghirardelli hot chocolate and it tasted so delicious very rich chocolatey flavor!

I love this place!Not only are their donuts great everyone is always super friendly. They have a lot of indoor seating and they have patio seating as well. It’s locate right off of the I-5 so you always get some freeway noise, but that the price of a convenient location.

I’m not from Cali. I assume the $20 minimum wage is what accounts for my order costing an outrageous $15. I love Krispy Kreme but the next time I get donuts will be in a state that pays the staff what they’re actually worth and the customer gets actual value for their money.
Money aside, something was off with the flavor. I suspect using oil that should have been tossed 10 batches ago. Shame.

I traveled a way to go to this location. I wanted to have some St Patrick’s Day donuts. In the grocery store they were $10.99 for a half dozen donuts with Saint Patrick’s Day decorations. At the actual Krispy Kreme location they were $16.99 for a half a dozen! Since when did donuts cost so much money I was just shocked. They were making donuts when I came in but nobody offered a fresh hot donuts to me. That was usual practice in the past I don’t know I guess they don’t do it anymore. I don’t think I’ll be going out of my way to go to a Krispy Kreme in the future the prices are just outrageous and it’s honestly just not worth it.
