My experience with my family was awful. First we walk in and as soon as I did, I should have realized since the couple walked out as upset as I did. To start, I began ordering drinks and right away rudely cut off and answered by “first the donuts” , ok no problem. I start ordering my half dozen. We don’t have glaze just a few. Ok can we have them. You want 2? Umm yeah If that’s what you have. Next she was so impatient to get it over with. My husband already looked fed up but here I am, cheery and trying to bare with her. I start ordering a drink, “oh we don’t have that” ok, well can I have this instead “oh thats going to take some
Minutes ” umm ok, well, *MY HUSBANDS JUMPS IN* Mind you, this worker is being rude and I’m still smiling, which made hubby mad lol. Anyways, he tells her charge up the donuts only and snatched the receipt and we left. As soon as I get in the car, which is feet’s from the front door, I look up and this girl is on her phone smiling and laughing!!! So did you not have anything or were you in a hurry to get rid of customers to be on your phone?! Cause that’s when I brushed this smile off and got mad! It was only 6 pm when it closes at 10?!!!! Was there really nothing 4 hours before closing time? Hire people who actually want to work!!!

I order my food on uber eats at 8:45 am & when I received my donuts they were hard and stale. I’m a huge Krispy Kreme fan and had been craving these donuts since I went to be and they did not meet my expectations . Tasted like I got the first batch of donuts they made at 3:30 am

we have lived by this location for over 10 years. Every time we have been here it always is very disappointing. Donuts are always out, unless its orginal or something we don’t want. we have tried a weekday, weeknight, weekend., morning and evening and no matter what they will be out of the majority of their donuts.

We live about 3nhours away and had looked forward to KK when we got into Phoenix. We ordered from the drive-thru and started eating about an hour later while traveling back home. It turned out we received the wrong doughnuts. I called and the manager said that they would replace them the next time we were in the area, which they did, with a smile. We have always gotten very friendly service here and the doughnuts are–well, what can I say? There’s nothing on earth like Krispy Kreme.

I always get my stepsons the holiday themed donuts because they’re so cute and they love them! These 4th of July ones did not disappoint. I can’t eat them because I’m vegan, but they said they’re delicious! I love this location. My order is always ready for pick up at the correct time. The staff is amazing. Thank you!

Fresh donuts are always a great treat in the mornings. There is always a good selection to choose from. Glazed is always a favorite amongst the staff. We did order one of the limited time donuts, the Raspberry & Vanilla Creme, because it was pretty to look at. If you have a sweet tooth, these donuts will hit the spot. They are a bit on the pricey side, though, It cost over $38.00 for two dozen donuts.

Best Krispy Kreme in the country. Despite there being a mountain of issues behind the counter, the manager on duty was an absolute pleasure. I will absolutely come back to this location because of him. His customer service is second to none. The doughnuts used to be the star of the show, until he showed up. Lol. They were still phenomenal. Dont get me wrong. Theres nothing like a fresh warm doughnut from Krispy Kreme.

Went in the morning and ordered a dozen peanuts donuts. Sold out. They had snoopy left. The sign said sold out of glazed donuts so I started to order 12 different donuts. Every specialty donut was sold out. I finally got a dozen and ordered peppermint coffees. Sold out. Then was told they were sold out of all coffee. I should have just said forget it and left but I paid $26 for a dozen donuts. No receipt or anything she just closed the drive thru window. Got home the donuts were all hard and old.
