I live by this Krispy Kreme location and love their donuts the most but I constantly get donuts only partially or barely filled and happens quite a lot. Still taste amazing but please fill the donuts that are meant to have filling please. You can see in the photo that my butter cream and biscoff donut has one tiny dollop of cream and the rest is just bread. This is from yesterday and I would never post about such a trivial issue but I come here a lot and it seems to always be the case.

Stopped by Krispy Kreme and it was good overall, just nothing too exciting. I ordered an iced vanilla coffee with a cinnamon roll donut. Both were decent and hit the spot, but nothing really stood out.

I was driving by Krispy Kreme so I decided to get some donuts it was around 9:08 and decided to go in the drive thru, but the menu had the lights off and was super hard to see and read what was available. so then I decided to go in the lobby and they told me it was closed ! I’ve always said screw local businesses. Cross E Ranch wanted us to pay $20 to get in the door to even so much as smell their donuts, so we redirected 20 mins south west to a company that truly values its customers. They didn’t deliver what we ordered. We ordered 3 chocomania the night before to be delivered the next morning and they delivered the wrong donuts and said they were out of chocomania, but didn’t give us the other donuts we ordered and instead gave us random assorted ones.

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The cream filling are my favorite. My wife loves the glazed. So happy that there’s a new location next to me. The gentleman that first started helping me was very polite respectful, great customer service. When a tall female manager came over she didn’t greet me she didn’t thank me. Poor customer service. It could’ve been that she wasn’t happy that I was doing a Google reviews and taking photos of the facility. But who really knows.

I had ordered doughnuts in advanced to get my kids classroom doughnuts for there Christmas party. Everything was okay until like 20min before the time I placed for delivery they sent me an email saying they canceled my order mind u they never communicated with door dash and I was confused I had to call the store to ask what was going on bc door dash said id get my order but kc said no that they were busy and couldn’t do my donuts I’m guessing they were just too lazy to do them since I placed this order in advance oh and my doughnuts arrived so cold

You can stop at any point in the day, in the lobby and see donuts in the case, but get told they don’t have what you want, ALWAYS(talking about assorted DOTS) ….. the creme donuts yes, just like all the reviews are not filled enough. The employees never ask for reward numbers at drive-thru, and sometimes seem annoyed(even when there is no other customers). there

I love their glazed and lemon donuts, as well as bavarian cream. My kids like the maple and chocolate. Those are the best flavors, so I hope they will bring back the lemon and maple, they have seriously limited our choices lately! Maybe that is a good thing! I wish they would make more pudding filled donuts and less kreme filled. Their kreme is gross, but they use that for the base of most of their seasonal donuts.
