I walked to Burger King and made it there by 7:30 p.m ., and there lobby was locked down, not closing until 11p.m. the lobby should have been open. And I saw four different people in there. Absolutely ridiculous.

More or less a issue with the app, they won’t refund your order if you order at the wrong location and no way to cancel the order. Basically robbing customers. Nothing new.

Rating a 3 star because normally my food here is decent. Tonight I received a burnt bun. Couldn’t even eat half of it. I understand being short staffed and having to do the position of three people, but this is sad. I would have gladly wanted an extra 30 seconds for a different bun.

We had food delivered and I have never had so much salt on anything in my life ever.
I had to brush off every single fry and as a result there was salt everywhere and I eventually gave up because it was taking so long to get the salt off that the rest of my food was getting cold.
This is just ridiculous. We all know fast food is unhealthy but wow.
The chicken nuggets were clearly over cooked and we didn’t get our onion ring sauce but the onion rings and burger were fine.
I’m just amazed that anyone could think it was okay to dump so much salt on the fries.

Beware of burnt, overcooked re-cooked food!
Seriously Burger King… Sure you got away with serving me onion rings that were sitting in the holding rack, re-fried then served to me burnt and overcooked at the drive through this time, but I won’t give you the opportunity to do that to me again. You may have saved a little bit of money on food costs by serving me these re-fried, burnt and overcooked onion rings, but the next time I am on a road trip and need a quick bite to eat, it will not be at a Burger King!

My chicken fries are fresh, crisp, and not floppy. The girl helping us was so kind. We have lived here for a year now and have minor issues with this Burger King, if any.

Food was ok….waited about 7 minutes before anyone even came to speak to us,even though two sepwrate employees saw us walk in. There were only 4 people in the lobby and two cars in the drive through.

I do not usually bother rating a fast food place, but we had great food, and the staff was amazing. We stopped in close to closing, but we were met with superior customer service. The food was delicious. I didn’t get her name, but the lady that was managing needs to be acknowledged. We appreciated our quick meal on our road trip in the snowstorm.

Had a lunch mobile order and it was great! The service was great. When I arrived they were finishing up my order. I was in and out which is exactly what I wanted for a lunch order. Order was exactly as requested. Great mobile app and location. Will stop back.
