Great doughnuts. Miss having this in Peoria, IL but worth the drive to Bloomington. Lots of options to choose from, always fresh and tasty. Make sure to go when the light is on to get hot and fresh doughnuts. My daughters loved getting a hot doughnut and enjoying it.

I wanted to submit a survey online but since my order was online I didn’t have a survey code but I wanted to thank the manger Jess for going above and beyond to fix an issue with both the customer service that I had received as well as the issue with my online order. My daughter lives Krispy Kreme but I tend to try to avoid our location due to so many issues in the past but my daughter and mom were both excited for some donuts so I went ahead and ordered them to pick up after getting my daughter from school and after an issue on the phone with one of the staff members I wanted to cancel my order and after the call was ended I called back to ask to speak to the manager for I wanted to discuss what just happened and Jess did everything in my power to make it right. When I went to pick up the order Jess went out of her way to help my daughter open her drink and was even nice enough to have a conversation with her (she is 7 and loves to talk) after leaving the whole car ride home my daughter kept talking about the nice donut lady and said she hopes she gets to see her again. By the way good call on the cinnamon rolls cause they were sooooo goood.

We were greeted by Kenton. His patience and kindness was exemplary and he was very helpful to us. There should be more individuals like him in the world. He made our experience in store today an enjoyable one.

My kids wanted some Krispy Kreme today so I stopped at the drive thru and got a dozen glazed. Came home to find that the donuts were so skinny. What a rip off. Why even sell those? So annoyed. I called them and asked why the donuts were like that and was told that unfortunately they were made like that today and that I should call corporate regarding it.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location but they never have any donuts anymore past noon. I was told that more recently they only make a handful of donuts in the morning and that’s it. If you’re not there by the early morning, you can count on only getting cold, glazed donuts. Such a disappointment. The only positive is that the staff is typically pretty friendly.

Can’t complain about the donuts, they are good, but this online ordering experience is beyond frustrating. This is not the first time I place an order ahead, show up to the store, and they tell me they don’t have the donuts I ordered. So you waste your time driving there just to hear “sorry you can get a refund in 2–3 days or you can take whatever we have.”
What’s the point of ordering online if you can’t guarantee the order? If you’re out of items, don’t let people place the order in the first place. Total waste of time.

Outside of the building, you can’t drive through because of potholes and orange cones and parked trucks. The menu on the drive thru is wrong. We were greeted on the intercom but then waited several minutes to order while nobody else was in the building.
We go to Krispy Kreme periodically because the doughnuts are fresh. The box we were given was frozen doughnuts.

Their donuts are amazing….if you can actually order what you want. Every time we have gone in the morning(before 9am) they’re “running out” and the only donuts we can order are plain glazed. We have tried to score the specialty seasonal donuts that are well advertised (on multiple occasions), but have never successfully been able to get them. Head to all the other donut shops in town and spend your money where they have more than one product available on their menu.

Very friendly staff. They were pretty busy bringing out fresh doughnuts and working hard. Gal at the register was a delight. My only feedback is that it could use a deep clean in lobby and restrooms. It was fun seeing the doughnuts being made.
