This Krispy Kreme location has potential; however, the management doesn’t seem to understand the need to train their employees. This location never has the variety of donuts that they advertise. Not only is the drive-thru slow, but the front counter is even slower. I don’t understand why it would take approximately eight minutes to get a small coffee after ordering at the counter, along with no one acknowledging that it would take longer than usual. Unfortunately, that has become the norm at this location, along with coffee that is so strong, even with cream and sugar, the burned flavor along with the acidity could burn a hole in their patio. You are better off going to Speedway to get KK than dealing with this chaotic situation.

Yesterday, I stopped there with my granddaughter for the third time in the last 6 months. The last two times I did not leave a review. This time, I just have to. First, there was one car in front of me. They waited a good 5 minutes to place their order. I finally get up to order and I’m asked to wait “a moment”. Almost 5 minutes later, I try to order. I’m told they have no dots which my granddaughter wanted and no chocolate donuts. Last time they did not have any of the specialty donuts listed and my coffee tasted terrible. This time the server was polite, but last time they were rude. Obviously understaffed at this location. Will not go again. So disappointing

Yesterday we stopped by Krispy Kreme because it was my daughter’s birthday She wanted her 3 free donuts (of course ).
We usually just go through the drive-thru, but this time we went inside—and oh my gosh, the smell of fresh baked donuts was heaven!
They even gave us some hot off the line to try, and yes… we definitely brought a box home too. ❤️

First time at this place and it’s definitely my last. Customer service is terrible. I went through the drive-thru and was immediately put on hold, which is no big deal, I’m very patient. After a few minutes my order was finally taken, but we had a mix-up with the order and the guy working the drive-thru was completely rude. This guy has no customer service skills. Take the mic away and send him to the back to make donuts.

Worst customer experience. Walked in the lobby at 1 PM on a Sunday and was told the lobby was closed. Got in and went through the drive-through. They only had a very limited selection. Bought some donuts and went up to the drive-through and was handed the box. I got a dozen glazed and two additional donuts and was only given one box. Was told the other two donuts were set on top of the dozen glazed. I’ll never go back.

I was the only car in the drive-thru and there were no customers inside, but I still waited 8 minutes for service. And looking through the other reviews, this is a constant problem, so I don’t blame the employees, I blame whoever is in charge of scheduling and staffing because you clearly need more people to juggle the responsibilities of the morning.
When I did receive service, the young man was polite and helpful and apologetic for the wait. But he was also clearly overwhelmed with trying to multitask.

When it opened it was great. Now the service is beyond terrible. Every time I’ve tried to go there over the past year there are always many employees but either no one will talk to you on the drive thru unless you talk first, or when they do they sound annoyed, or when you get to the window they’ll ignore you and just talk to each other. Last night i watched the clock and was six minutes without acknowledgment, all I wanted was a dozen original. I assume they’re getting grocery store orders ready and just don’t care about customers or their jobs at all. It’s the only Krispy Kreme in the city and I love their fresh donuts so it’s a shame it’s not worth going there.

I love Krispy Kreme however the service is poor doesn’t surprise me at at all,majority of fastfood in Ohio service is poor.At Krispy I normally use the drive through and at times there is never no line however one has to be calling out for a staff to answer and when they do answer its as if u are bothering them.Moreover they never smile and never ever say thank you have a nice day.I recall my husband and I had to call corporate to complain after experiencing the bad service to many times. Only good thing that came out of that was we got a dozen free donuts I have sinced stop going the service is to terrible .I come from a place where service is top tier so bad service is something I find detestable

Arrived order not quite ready. They gave me a fresh off the oven while I waited. On top of that they gave me 3 fresh off the oven donuts. So impressed I tried to give them a 10 dollar tip. They refused it. I said do want with it. They said not allowed to take tips. Left it and said we’ll give it to a charity. I would not take it back. So much great service.
