I had a disappointing experience with an employee named RyHanna during my visit tonight. I stopped in to pick up some treats for my family and was excited to see the “Hot Now” sign on, since customers are offered a free donut with a purchase.
When we mentioned the free donut, she immediately responded with, “Is that all you wanted or are you actually going to buy something?” I tried to brush off the comment because I understand that sometimes people may come in only for promotions. However, she only gave one of us a donut. When I went to check out, my mother-in-law mentioned that the others in our group (my father-in-law, husband, and myself) hadn’t received theirs. RyHanna then yelled across the room, “She already got her free donut.”
I calmly explained that she was referring to the rest of us. At that point, RyHanna responded in a very rude tone, saying something along the lines of, “Yeah well the donuts aren’t out, so you know what, whatever. Just whatever,” while slamming my order down on the counter.
I told her that this was not an appropriate way to treat a customer, especially when we were simply making a purchase and hadn’t done anything wrong. Her response was that she didn’t care.
Everyone has long days, but working in customer service means treating people with basic respect. It was disappointing to be treated so poorly over something as small as a donut. She then grabbed 3 donuts threw them in a box, threw the box at us on the counter and said here. We said thank you an just left.

My family of four adults (two couples) came in to order donuts and placed two separate orders. The “free donut” light was on, so after ordering I politely asked the cashier, Rhyanna, about getting my free donut. She immediately had a very negative attitude.
Another employee asked if my husband had been helped. He said yes, but mentioned he was still waiting for his free donut. At that point, Rhyanna loudly said that I already had mine. I explained that yes, I received one, but my husband and the other adults had not.
Rhyanna then went to the back, grabbed a box, threw three donuts into it, and tossed the box onto the counter. The interaction felt very rude and unprofessional. We were surprised by the way the situation was handled, especially over something that was clearly being advertised.

Been to this store many times and don’t recall having a bad experience. This trip was no different. Service was given with a smile and the donuts were hot and fresh even though the sign was not on. Store was clean. Prices continue to rise though, which I was surprised at price of 4 dozen donuts, but it’s 2023.

Go when the donuts are fresh. We went about 330pm for a carryout home. They were just ok. Dry. Supposedly after 5pm they make them fresh again. We’ll know better next time.

I’m getting really annoyed. The store was empty, and I was the only customer there with my coupon. I ordered the fall selection as shown on the website and was supposed to get a mixed standard selection for free. I then had to specify the fall selection (even though it’s clearly stated on the website which varieties and quantities are included in a dozen), and I received a dozen standard glazed donuts instead. Of course, I didn’t open the box to check it in the store, and I was very disappointed when I got home. Why is it so difficult to get what you order? This isn’t the first time this has happened.

I decided to treat myself today to some krispy Kreme I uploaded my funds prior to getting to the store so we would have a smooth transaction to make paying easier, I ordered one of the heart donuts and a lemon filled, I gave the cashier my phone to scan the bar code nothing it didn’t deduct anything, so she manually put my number into the register and it worked but didn’t take the money just gave 1 free donut, which yay to a free donut, so I paid the remaining balance. When I left I decided I wanted to enjoy my treat without my children’s sneaky fingers in the mix so I parked and happily tried the heart donut, it’s super cute but the flavor was not for me, not a big deal, I sat it aside and will let my kiddo finish it. So I decided to eat the lemon filled one, however it was not lemon filled. It was a red jelly filled and idk but I am not a fan of that filling. I decided to go in to have them correct it. The guy didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me so I simply told him that I ordered a lemon filled and got a jelly filled, he went and got a lemon filled tossed it in my box and said “have a good day”, so I left however this time if was a lemon filled but the donut was stale and tasted like cardboard so I just tossed it out. I never had any issues with krispy Kreme in Los Angeles California so coming to a much smaller city to have this occur is honestly messed up. There wasn’t a high flow of customers at all and no one was rushed so this mornings experience was definitely not excusable.

Customer service was great and the donuts were delicious! We tried the key lime donut and the tartness and sweetness was a perfect balance! Our iced coffee was delicious too!

This was the second visit after the first time the donuts were stale. I ordered a large caramel latte, my latte was in a small cup and it was still hot. there was only a little ice in it. It was too warm to drink hot coffee instead. From now on I’m going to Dunkin’ Donuts!
