Went to dinner at Bistecca last week and I must say I was pleasantly surprised.
This place is a classic Las Vegas steakhouse tucked just a few blocks off the Strip inside the Tuscany Suites & Casino, close enough to feel the energy of Las Vegas, yet far enough to enjoy a calmer atmosphere.
The space is understated in the best way: simple but elegant decor, warm lighting, and a mix of classic half-moon leather booths and well appointed tables. The bar adds a nice touch of sophistication, and the curated wall art gives the room a subtle sense of character.
Service was excellent from start to finish, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive.
We started with wine and cocktails. The Riesling was crisp and refreshing, and the blood orange spritz was bright, zesty, and surprisingly affordable, especially compared to typical Strip pricing. A very pleasant start.
For appetizers, we had the soup of the day, a house made tomato soup that was incredibly flavorful. You could taste the natural sweetness of the tomatoes, and it felt both comforting and elevated.
For entrees, we tried the wild caught salmon served with braised fennel, truffled carrot puree, and shaved Brussels sprouts, plus a side of potato wedges. The salmon was tender and well prepared, and the accompaniments added great depth and texture.
We also ordered the house made lobster ravioli with lobster cream and generous pieces of lobster meat. A bit too Rich, but indulgent, and very satisfying.
Overall, Bistecca offered a lovely dining experience, excellent service, flavorful dishes, and a great value for the quality, especially given its proximity to the Strip. A solid choice when you want a refined meal without the typical Las Vegas chaos.

We got the Caesar salad made table side, a few cocktails and mocktails, lobster ravioli, pan seared fish with veggies, filet mignons, the different pastas course and some desserts including the olive oil cake and apple crumble. The food was good and we definitely had leftovers which we continued to eat for a couple more meals!
It’s in such an unassuming place, I had never heard of the Tuscany casino or the Bistecca restaurant and was only recommended to us by staff at the nearby Smith Center when we asked for a good place to eat. So glad we found it- it was really good and we will be back!

The restaurant is an upscale fine dining place located at the Tuscany Suites. We were seated in a large comfortable booth. The service was excellent! Started off with a Cesar salad made at the table. That was fun. We had warm bread to go with it. The entrees we had were braised short ribs and veal osso buco. They were melt in your mouth, fall off the bone fantastic. For desert we had the best ever bananas foster. Also made table side! It was a wonderful experience, great food, excellent service and not rushed but attentive. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

I cannot say enough about this place. I was a little leery about going because of some of the reviews. I am so glad we kept our reservation. Everything from start to finish was awesome! We have lived in Las Vegas for 25 years and we were so impressed by the ambience, the service, and every bit of the food and the drinks.
We had the 4 course meal ….we had the calamari,
Meatballs, Caesar salad, boneless ribeye, and the chicken piccata and dessert. Everything was so delicious! We had absolutely no complaints, the service was impeccable, it was relaxing but elegant, and the dessert was divine. The wine was superb! I believe we have found our new favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas! Jared took very good care of us.

Started off with the complimentary bread with their spread was delicious, really enjoyed that.
Then we got the table side Cesar, it was cool watching him make everything in front of you, tasted like a fresh light Cesar.
Got the calamari that was delicious! The marinara and the aoli sauce served with it was really good.
Got the pasta trio, and in my opinion was basic. The only pasta I really liked was the rigatoni, which wasn’t spicy at all. Don’t think I would recommend it.
Then got the 8oz filet, it was just ok. Kind of dry in my opinion.

My husband and I chose Bistecca for our Valentine’s Day dinner after seeing a video showcasing the tableside Caesar salad preparation and Bananas Foster dessert. That interactive, classic dining experience was the main reason we were excited to visit.
When we arrived, we were disappointed to learn that because it was Valentine’s Day, they were not offering the tableside service. Since the restaurant’s marketing suggested that this experience was a signature part of dining there, it was understandably upsetting.
However, what happened next completely turned our evening around.
Manager Lucio truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. After hearing our concerns, he made the effort to ensure we still received the tableside service. We were the only guests in the restaurant that evening who were given that experience, and it meant so much to us.
We also want to give a sincere thank you to Josue, who stepped in as an incredible team player. We understand this was not part of the planned service for the evening, yet he delivered it with professionalism, kindness, and care. His willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed and truly elevated our celebration.
Because of Lucio and Josue, our Valentine’s dinner became memorable for all the right reasons. Their dedication to guest satisfaction speaks volumes about the level of hospitality at Bistecca.
We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely be recommending this restaurant to friends and family who want a wonderful dining experience. Thank you again for making our night so special.

Best of Las Vegas ain’t true. It should never make it to one of the best out of so many other amazing Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. The interior, decor, and ambience are impressive, but not the food and definitely the hospitality. Not only did the server have an unspoken attitude, but also brought us the four of our main dishes all separately with long intervals. For such high pricing, we won’t definitely be going back there.

I Purchased the Dinner and “The Rat Pack is Back” Show Combo, which I Highly Recommend! My Dinner Experience was one of the Best I have ever had per the Ambiance, Decor, Food and Service. Leah Served me with William Assisting and they were both Fabulous. I was Apprehensive about the Combo I Purchased but, the Box Office was true to their Word when they told me it was All Inclusive for approximately Fifty some odd dollars, including Gratuity! The Restaurant Setting is Beautiful, the Staff are Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable all Synergistically adding to a wonderful Dining Experience. Each Course of my Special Combo Menu was Delicious with my Entree being Eggplant Parmesan that was simply out of this World. I can’t recommend Bistecca enough and look forward to my next visit.

Had the 16oz ribeye, salad and calamari. The steak was cooked perfectly and was super tender. Great flavor. Clamari was also very good and the dipping sauces were superb. The house salad, was a little bitter for my taste, But eatable.
