You really need to check out Krispy Kreme’s updates and changes!! Not only is the service and hospitality grand, the donuts are out of this world! And so many additional flavors! It’s a new vibe on Bardstown Road! Come check them out plus they got some outstanding donut holes that are perfect for my grandchildren!

First and foremost my delivery driver was phenomenal. The doughnuts were awful. I paid $30 for an assorted dozen because I wanted the delicious Krispy Kreme experience. I was sadly disappointed. Half the doughnuts were stale. Yes I ordered at 1030am on a sat, but they were hard. On top of that, there was no filling. There was just enough (the equivalent of a dime) and that was it. Lastly, shrink flation is a thing. These doughnuts tiny. I would have had better quality doughnuts had I gone to Theron’s. Lesson learned.

They are super delicious, I love them. Then I went and they gave me one while I waited for my order. They also gave me coffee. I tried the whole variety and they are super soft. There is a very large display case where you can see the machines working and making donuts. They have been very kind. I would also like to ask if they could make some for diabetics. It would be great for them who want to enjoy this great flavor.

As of 11/25/25 I’ve been there three times and every time the dounts have been on point. The service was great and the dounts I ordered both times were iced chocolate kreme filled and org glazed kreme filled. Each time the dounts were fresh and nicely made with the glazed being all the way glazed and plenty of kreme filled inside and the chocolate kreme covered the whole top of the donut with chocolate and was filled with a good amount of kreme as it should be. Just keep up the same service all around because it was great and I wouldn’t be writing a review if it wasn’t.

I had never been in a Krispy Kreme before but I was really excited about the Harry Potter doughnuts and Snitch coffee.
The man who took the order was so unenthusiastic and honestly rude, it was very off putting. He took my order, I paid, asked for the receipt, never gave it to me. 45 minutes later, the lady asked me if I was waiting and I told her that I was. She re-took my order and tried to have me pay again. I showed her where it was charged on my bank account already. By that time, some of the doughnuts we had paid for, were gone because he had never boxed them up so we waited for fresh ones. Never thought I’d spend almost 2 hours at a Krispy Kreme and sadly…. the harry potter doughnuts were gross. Well, all but one.

The staff was beyond rude! This visit and the previous visit. I purchased the Peanuts Collection on Christmas Eve, the doughnuts were a complete mess and not fresh. The experience was rushed and very unpleasant. I do not recommend this location at all!

Went through drive thru lady was very polite. Got a dozen assorted 3 each of custard, creme, jelly and apple cinnamon. Most were stale (hard edges for sure) and there was so little filling you had to take bites halfway through to get any. For almost $18 we were very disappointed.

Lemme just say the employee was rude and rushing us, but other than that the place was very cute and nice. They didn’t have any glazed ready, sadly, and I didn’t want to wait the 30mins, but we did get assorted dozen. The place is vintage and looks so cute!
