I made a purchase for a dozen donuts, had a coupon to buy one get one free that went totally waisted at this location. I was in a bit of a rush trying to make it to work before my coworkers break would end at 3. The young lady that took my order was reasonably pleasant, I asked her could I have my two dozen put in 4 half a dozen boxes so that I could distribute them between myself two coworkers and my sister. The young man boxing the donuts immediately got visibly upset, the young lady asked me to please excuse him and I casually laughed it off. He proceeded to grab 4 half a dozen boxes he’d already had boxed, the young lady told him they were probably to old to sale. She then left the register to inspect the donuts herself and proceeded to bag them for me. I was in sa rush so i went dashing out of the store without my receipt and without checking the donuts myself trusting the young lady’s judgment, big mistake on my part. I was not only disappointed but utterly embarrassed when I made it to my sister and she told me to bite one, just looking at them I could tell they shouldn’t have been sold, they were dry and stale to the touch and I could barely bite through one. I immediately sent out apologies to my coworkers and proceeded to take them back to the store. Upon arriving I asked for my refund the same manager im assuming (the lady with dreads) asked to see them and told me they were fine the recipe has changed. I was then denied my refund because I didn’t have my receipt, a reprint my result in refunding the wrong customer, and I didn’t bring back the other dozen. When she was there when I made my purchase, acknowledged she remembered me, I had the exact time of purchase, and I had a coupon to buy one get one free and all $16.57 worth went in the trash. I asked for corporate number called them and I still haven’t received my refund.

Went in for a build your own dozen and a 4 pack of the cinnamon rolls. The dozen we got was good but the 4 pack was extremely disappointing. It came with 1 normal sized one, and 3 smaller tiny ones. I brought the donuts to a superbowl party and let me tell you when I opened the box to see that, I was so upset that I wasted my money on it. If you ever get the cinnamon rolls here check the box before you leave!
Side note: The employees looked like they didnt want to be there.

This is like a KK front. Lol. The hot light was on and I was expecting to walk in and see them cooking down the assembly line. Nope. Not one donut on display. $15 for a dozen “hot” which were essentially microwaved for 15 seconds. The coffee was cool to the touch. KK you can do better.

The employees were very disinterested in helping the customers and were more interested in talking with each other. The woman said we have to wait for the coffee because “they be brewing it fresh” but when we got it the coffee was cold, sour, and the worst coffee l’ve ever tasted. The donuts must have been at least 3 days old or something as they were very dry and obviously not fresh. The two guys boxing the donuts were both chatting and dancing over the donuts without any spit guards. No hygienic behavior whatsoever! Needless to say they all had the typical attitude problem too.

Literally my first time ever in a Krispy Kreme and Tojaii made it amazing. I was able to witness two young ladies come in to be rewarded for making A’s on their report cards. I was immediately told about the App and the deals that come from joining. I’m a classic glazed donut guy and before I left I grabbed up 2 dozen for my staff at work. I’ll have to make this a regular stop but as long as Tojaii and Lionel are working. So polite from start to finish and I’m a firm believer that is the way to live. See yall next week!

Definitely never using this location again. This morning I went to enjoy their promotion of a free coffee and doughnut. I opened the door, said good morning and asked about the promotion. The employee behind the register said “hot or iced, pick one.” Pretty harsh but okay? So I chose iced and started asking about the flavors, I got cut off with “this is all you get.” Well okay then! Then I get handed the doughnut but on the app and ads it says “doughnut of your choice” I didnt bother asking for a different kind because of how rude the interaction was right from the start. I say thank you and to have a nice day, no reply. While walking out I hear the rude employee tell the decent one “apparently she cant read”. I assure you that I can and nowhere on the app or ad did it say it was a plain coffee which I was perfectly okay with! But it DOES say “your choice of doughnut” so much for that I guess. Everytime im in there its either teenagers who just stare at me like I need to tell them how to make coffee and get a doughnut or its someone incredibly short and rude with me.

We stopped in here in the afternoon for a quick snack. There were only 2 people ordering in front of us but the wait took forever to be able to order. The staff working the ordering counter were moving way too slow for the amount of people in line behind us. The store is very small inside with minimal seating. All the donuts we wanted were available and once we did order they had them ready quickly. All the donuts we ordered tasted good. Prices were a little high for a half dozen. Next time will definitely just order the dozen because the price difference was minimal.

If I could give them less I would. I went to order my children a trick or treat dozen. I was told one of the doughnuts were out (it’s 12 pm so I’m not sure how you run out so quickly) I was okay with this and chose to replace with other Halloween doughnuts. The same doughnuts that come in the pack mind you. I was met with attitude when I asked to replace said doughnuts, I watched as they packed my box and proceeded to unpack and replace the box with a smaller original Krispy Kreme box. In the process they smeared icing with gloves, attempting to cram them together. The lady with dreads was very nasty and was the one who demanded the box be unpacked, repacked and had attitude. Will not return. Savannah is worth the drive as they treat you kindly and always have.
Edit to add: these doughnuts are stale. Lovely.

Always loved the fresh, warm experience. Coming from NC, it was often a stop in the morning for myself and/or coleegues or customers to enjoy. This morning, I stopped at the Abercorn location to get a couple doughnuts and a coffee. They told me over the intercom when ordering that the coffee was not brewing. I said ok, I would like a couple of original doughnuts, hot please. Figured I’d stop elsewhere for coffee. After 10 minutes, I received two, hard as rock doughnuts not mention no coffee. No thanks. Won’t be back. I very seldom place a review if I was not pleased with product or service. This review is appropriate.

Awful experience. These were the worst doughnuts I’ve ever had. They were cold, greasy, dry and stale. The coffee was cold, weak, and tasted horrible. The employees were disinterested and not helpful. They seemed to only care about talking to each other. We will never be back.
