We picked up donuts yesterday and for the second time they looked and tasted dry like Dunkin Donuts! Very disappointing; this is not the normal deliciousness that I’m use to! I let it slide the first time but I think the price went up so please do better and don’t be stingy with the glaze, that’s what sets you apart from the others in my opinion!

It has been very rare for me to receive good service from this location; it’s always hit-or-miss. My boyfriend and I stopped by this morning, sat at the speaker, and waited about 10 minutes to place our order, but no one spoke to us. We eventually pulled up to the window and saw a few of the female employees laughing, chatting, and carrying on. After sitting at the window for 8 minutes, one of the employees came over, rolling her eyes.
My boyfriend asked if they were open for business and taking orders, to which she replied, “Of course, sweetie.” He informed her that we had been waiting at the speaker box for a while. She told us, “Oh, it’s broken,” but there was no sign indicating that it wasn’t working. She took our order but seemed indifferent about it.
When we received our coffee, it was made very sloppily and carelessly. I recommend that everyone stay away from this location. I do not recommend it at all.

Stopped by Krispy Kreme to pick up two dozen doughnuts for my daughter’s classroom. Pulled up to the drive through and had one vehicle in front of me. After they pulled forward I sat at the order board for five minutes before anyone made a sound. I say sound because I could not tell what was said. I placed my order and pulled to the window to be treated with another sound. No hello. No total for my order. Just what appeared to be a sound. Please work on the customer service aspect of your establishment. The experience goes a long way with customers. The doughnuts speak for themselves.

Went to Krispy Kreme this morning for a doughnut. Customer service was great. Was greeted with a friendly smile. The doughnuts I wanted were not upfront but they searched and was able to get the ones I wanted . Shikeria and Keasia were great!!!Highly recommend this location!

Staff is friendly and helpful. I rarely eat at Krispy Kreme and was unsure of what to drink, but I knew I wanted an ice coffee. The staff member was patient and helpful with suggestions. The drink was made well; iced caramel latte. Yum!!
I was quite excited to see a Krispy Kreme and get the plump, tasty donuts, so please understand the following statement. We were disappointed with the Glaze donuts for the price of them once we opened the box on the road. We purchased 3 Glaze. Two of them were considerably thinner, flatter and less plump. It’s hard to notice from pictures. My blueberry glaze was also dry.
Consistency should be key here when distributing/measuring the dough so the donuts have the same tenderness. I could have gone to a gas station for what we received. 🙁
The restroom was clean however there were no paper towels.

The Tiarimasu donuts are great, and we’re nicely filled. The Canoli donut was just okay, not much taste. The glazed was skimpy with hardly any glaze.

Love me some Krispy Kreme Donuts!!! Best donuts for a chain store ever. Great and friendly service and tons of choices flavor wise.

Great service and they’re open until 10pm. My glazed doughnuts were fresh and as expected. This location is close to the highway, so you can hop on and hop off quickly.
