This is very disappointing. As you can see, we were in our vehicle in the drive-through line at 8:26 PM. The approximate closing time of this location is 9:00 PM. It’s very frustrating to see the workers getting ready to leave at that time, especially when we are willing to be paying customers.
It was also frustrating because the individuals in front of us receive two dozen donuts while The workers were standing at the door ready to leave. I would not recommend coming to this location and would recommend finding a good local business to support in the area.
It would be great to see a local donut shop replace Krispy Kreme. It’s frustrating seeing America being sold out to corporate greed.

I went today and they were out of whipped cream and the lady was so sweet! She gave me a frosted version of my coffee and let me keep my old coffee after my fiancé went in to ask about the whipped cream and drizzle. Perfect customer service!

When I go somewhere to sit and have a cup of coffee or eat something I want it to feel cozy and inviting. The food is good but the atmosphere isn’t what it should be. And coming through the drive-thru I’ve experienced an employee who wasn’t so happy to be there it seemed. People have forgotten what customer service is. People only need to leave their cell phones alone while they’re working and dealing with customers.

Not even 8:30 PM on a Sunday night and the lights were off, with employees headed out the door. Hours say they are open till 9. The truck in front of us drove to the window to try and get someone’s attention. Why post business hours if you just decide to close whenever you want to? It’s bad business. Maybe Krispy Kreme needs to close and let another donut place in here that will actually be open during business hours.

This is the donut spot. Do not waste your time with Dunkin. You’ll spend less per dozen, the quality is far superior, the options of flavors are greater, and the people behind the counter are genuinely decent.
I do wish this location was 24/7 again but it’s the only gripe I have.
You can watch the donuts being made by while enjoying a hot, fresh cup of coffee.
Definitely recommend taking the kids and letting them try the ever changing seasonal donuts especially around Halloween and Christmas.

My husband surprised our family with a dozen variety Krispy Kreme doughnuts by having them delivered to our house. When we got our order, we opened the box and the doughnuts looked unusually small and dark in color. I thought immediately thought about how they didn’t look like Krispy Kreme at all. When we tried to eat them, they were extremely dry and stale tasting..they seemed really old. I couldn’t finish mine, and neither could my husband or son. It was really disappointing, especially when it was so sweet of my husband to surprise us with a fun treat later in the evening like he did.

We are not from the area & didn’t realize, until there, that they were closing in about 10 mins. There were 2 customers getting special beverages, so we had time to look. We were greeted by an especially sweet individual, Virgil. Some of the donuts we wanted were empty for the evening, but he went and got us some from kitchen. He offered us a doz glazed for $5 (which we took advantage of). He was so kind, friendly and attentive that he made our visit extra special! Drop by for your donuts and say “Hi Virgil”, he’ll take care of you!!

Been trying to go to Krispy Kreme in the past 2 weeks for the Limited Time Hershey’s donuts but it’s either they’ve been closed due to the weather or they’re just closed for no reason at all and closing early without reason. Drive-thru is only open now very disappointing at this point just close the place down then I’ve only go here three times a year and for it to be always close for the one time I want to go is lame!
