El Carnicero nasce nel 2013 a Milano. L’idea alla base è stata quella di creare, nella capitale mondiale del design, un connubio tra design , funzionalità , estetica insieme ad un esperienza gastronomica di primo livello in un ambiente conviviale e rilassato. Da sottolineare il fatto che, la cura riservata dal Gruppo Carnicero all’estetica e ad ogni dettaglio dell’ambiente interno ed esterno che potete rilevare nei locali del gruppo viene allo stesso tempo riservata alla selezione del prodotto food attraverso una costante accurata ricerca dei migliori prodotti sul mercato mondiale. Il Gruppo decide in un secondo momento di aprire un ristorante nella magica isola di Ibiza, nel 2017 nasce El Carnicero Garibaldi nuovamente a Milano.

Our hotel recommended El Carnicero Spartaco, so we decided to give it a try — and it turned out to be an incredible experience!
From the very first moment, the service was outstanding. The waiter guided us through the menu with great knowledge and passion, giving perfect recommendations. The small “welcome” starter they serve was a wonderful touch — simple yet absolutely delicious.
The meat was exceptional — perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is elegant and warm, with a lively vibe that makes you want to stay for hours.
Truly one of those places where you can feel the love for great food, quality ingredients, and top-notch service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Milan who appreciates a proper steakhouse experience!

When the check came, though, it had a bunch of extra stuff on it that we didn’t order. It felt like they were trying to squeeze a few extra bucks out of us.

Average food. Very bad attitude from the waiter. Always in a hurry and pushed us. We choose a wine from the list that was not available and we took the one the waiter sold. Also the vegetarian dishes are missing completely. They have ton fish on the menu, but after we ordered we were told that it is not available. We received a small salad at the begining and we were told specifically that it is free (we have not asked why we received it). They left one plate on our table without telling us what it is or knowing if we ordered it.
I would not recommend the place unless they tell the waiters to change their attitude.
