Went here on February 22nd around 7:00 pm. I did not get the gentleman‘s name that was working the drive-through but best customer service ever. My order was missing a donut. It happens, they were busy. I called and went back in and everyone was helpful, nice and apologetic for the mess up. They gave me a few free donuts for the trouble. It was not necessary but very nice!

Our experience here was great! There were literally over 50 people lined out the door, and 15 cars in the drive-thru. We did drive-thru. Servicing this mass amount of customers we still pulled up to window and was fabulously greeted with a sweet beautiful smile. The donuts were great, and the young lady at the window was definitely top notch!

We live here and often use the drive-thru at Krispy Kreme (NMB) numerous times in the summer and winter-the kid at the window has perfect manners and always nice. This weekend we are here to watch the Christmas parade and go to a couple of shows. Sao is the nice young man’s name at the window. I do hope the manager has noticed his hard work and pleasant smile. Thank you, Sao! My husband tried to tip him tonight and he said they can’t accept tips-Hoping he’s noticed for his hard work and excellent effort! Thanks

As a DoorDash driver, I’ve seen the staff deal with lines out the door or just 1 customer at a time. They handle anything beautifully and with utmost kindness. They are able to get every customer served in great timing! I adore the staff here! The food is so delicious from a customer perspective, especially their coffees! This is one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. I couldn’t recommend it any higher!

Donuts are getting expensive! The ones we got didn’t seem super fresh, they weren’t as good as usual. The service was mediocre. I’m surprised at how small KK donuts have gotten and we got a sad looking sprinkle donut.

The donuts are delicious! They are hot, fresh and have lots of glaze on them. The downfall of this place was the staff is not organized at all! We did an online order two hours before we picked it up (had a pick up time) and once we got there we still had to wait a half hour. Smh.
