I’ve only had good experiences at this Krispy Creme. I usually go through the drive thru but for some reason, it was closed tonight. I’m kind of glad. It gave me the opportunity to go inside and to meet an extremely nice young man named AJ – who helped me with my order. Pleasant people always make the day better.

This was the first time I have actually gone inside the Krispy Kreme as I usually go through the drive thru. The inside was clean and I really liked how you could watch them making donuts. I went to get my 3 free for my birthday and got an assortment for my son for his help. And what can I really say. It’s Krispy Kreme. It’s very good. My favorite. The employees were very nice and helpful. I will go back and maybe I’ll go inside again.

I woke up this morning and decided to splurge on some donuts before an appointment. I kinda went out of my way to get to this Krispy Kreme as it’s been a few years since my last visit here. The kind woman behind the counter politely informed me that they were having issues with equipment and there was a limited selection of donuts. In other words, their iconic glazed donuts (which were the reason I went out of my way) were not an option. I was disappointed for sure, but kinda shrugged it off and chose other options in the case. I was shocked to see the cashier adding $.40 per donut that I had selected. Apparently I had chosen donuts with some sort of up charge? So my grand total for just 3 donuts and a large coffee came to over 13 freaking dollars! Holy crap! I guess I’m to blame for not scrutinizing the tiny price caveats, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to forgo the ridiculous price adders when I tried to make the best of the situation and select donuts I really wasn’t there for. While not the end of the world, this was nonetheless a disappointing (and relatively expensive) experience and I likely won’t put in the effort to visit a Krispy Kreme anytime soon.

I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts better than Dunkin Doughnuts. I’ve ate their ever they opened one up on Rivers Avenue. Today they disappointed me, they were to deliver doughnuts to my job for Valentines day. They didn’t deliver the doughnuts and when we called about it, there excuse was they were closed already even though we ordered and paid in advance. This is how they think of there customers when they don’t feel like making a delivery or meeting a obligation to people excepting doughnuts when they come in to work and let down of news that they didn’t deliver them. Shame on you Krispy Kreme and your poor customer service.

I am extremely upset I ordered the cheesecake specialty pack and 2 out of 3 of my doughnuts are like half the size they should be(The Oreo and the strawberry doughnuts). Not only did I not get what I paid for but they look a mess. I can’t believe this is what was given to me and this is what Krispy Kreme was ok with giving to a paying customer. These should have been thrown out .

I just am extremely disappointed in this Krispy Kreme tonight. Today is Monday the 24th 2025. I came in at 5:14 PM.
I needed a dozen donuts and instead of just filling my box there at the counter while I was standing there, she rushed me over to the register where I couldn’t see the donuts to take my order. Everybody was rushing around like chickens with no heads and the atmosphere was just Really rushed and uncomfortable. I mean seriously people it’s donuts!!
I did not get the option or asked for the option to have donuts from the case instead, she gave me hot donuts and I don’t like my original donuts hot I’m not sure what’s going on with the dough, but my original donuts were incredibly greasy. I don’t know what has changed it with Krispy Kreme but if you keep it up, I’m not gonna shop there anymore. On top of this, I did not get my cinnamon roll donuts that I wanted.
Totally dissatisfied with the service totally dissatisfied with the taste of my original donuts and really it’s just not that difficult. I don’t like being rushed and I don’t like them making me feel like I’m bothering them. Unacceptable!!

They were opened on Thanksgiving, 11/27 around 1300! Caleb and the sweet young lady on shift were beyond amazing and very kind! They would not accept any tips, however, I can confidently say everybody on shift, deserves a gold star and a raise! Great job and Happy Thanksgiving!

OMG! If you’ve never had a Hot~n~Ready glazed donut you are missing out on one of the best things money can buy. Definitely one of those melt in your mouth experiences. Look for the “Hot-n-Ready” sign to be lit up red out front of the store and the donuts are the freshest and best in the world.
