First time at this location. We went on a Tuesday around 10am so it was light service foe the staff. We were seated immediately and our server attended ro us within 5 minutes of being seated. We were served by Sébastien. Sebastián was courteous, friendly and prompt. We would definitely return because of the service.
Food was excellent. We had an omelet with country potatoes and one of the breakfast specials with pancakes (2), eggs and turkey bacon. Pancakes were fluffy and and light and cooked perfectly. The omelet is one of the better omelets I’ve had at a national breakfast chain. Coffee was good but nothing out of the ordinary.
Overall, ambiance was cozy and family friendly. Food was great and service was amazing. Will definitely be returning to this establishment. Also, request Sebastián. You will not regret it.

This is the best IHOP I have been to in awhile! Considering IHOPs are going down hill, however, here, our food was hot, quick and delicious. Negatives: waitress had to be asked and reminded a few times and there were several tables that hadn’t been cleaned up. This could just be short staffing, but still a problem.

I was just there with my husband and my toddler on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at about 7:30 AM for breakfast and the older lady. I think she’s Filipino. I’m not sure but she’s so great. I love her so much. She’s so nice she was working by herself because someone had called off And she was very attentive. But The food was HORRIBLE , my hashbrowns were hard as rocks. It was hurting my teeth to chew it and the pancake for some reason kept splitting in half. It’s like it was two sheets of bread, just pushed together so every time I pick up the pancake it will fall apart. It’s almost like the pancake was hollow. I didn’t want to complain because she’s by herself struggling so we just ate the food and paid almost $60 for two meals That weren’t even good.

Really great time, the pancakes always delicious and the all you can eat promo fantastic, we dine-in and the attention was very nice. The only thing is that it was really cold inside, but overall a good time.

The ladies that work at this location are exceptional. Very sweet, attentive (without being overbearing), and all around kind women. It’s a chain, so the food is what you’ve come to expect. They’re consistent, and the ladies here went above and beyond both times I visited. I will be back in the future.

Great delicious food, super nice staff, Jason was our server this morning and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and kept checking in on us. Love the service and the food. I had the Breakfast Sampler, highly recommended.

Today my mom and I went to the IHOP the hot chocolate was most liquid less tasty flavor too expensive I order 2 sides of gluten friendly pancakes and sides of eggs pancakes cost $15.29 and my mom ordered chicken quesadilla it cost $18.29!!!! Too expensive; we decided not more come to IHOP not good too expensive, Denny’s has a sales and less cost
