We are so lucky to get there on time to get the fresh donuts coming out. We even tried the ones without any sugar on them! They tasted great hot and warm! Recommend if you love donuts!

Came to this Krispy Kreme location while passing through Raleigh on a trip to North Carolina. I wanted the hot original glazed donuts and they didn’t disappoint. It was great to see the behind scenes operations.

I don’t usually leave complaints, especially not about Krispy Kreme’s donut quality — that’s not the issue here. I also don’t have a problem with waiting in line. What I do take issue with is how I was treated by a staff member during pickup.
I had placed a mobile order in advance for the Harry Potter-themed donuts, and made the trip with my kids to pick it up. When we arrived, there were about five people ahead of us. We waited patiently — I had no complaints about that.
But when it was finally my turn, the employee at the register — her name was Brianna — didn’t even look at me. No eye contact, no greeting, no “What’s your name?” or “Are you here for a pickup?” Nothing. She skipped right past me and went on to help the customer behind me as if I wasn’t standing there at all.
At first, I thought maybe she didn’t see me. But I was standing directly in front of the register, and even after the rest of the line was gone, she still didn’t ask who I was or if I had an order. I had to speak up and ask, “Where’s my order?” Only then did she ask for my name — something that should’ve been the very first step.
After giving my name, I still had to wait another 10 minutes. By then, everyone else had already gotten their donuts and left. When my box was finally handed to me, it wasn’t even sealed — it was already opened.
To be clear, I wasn’t expecting her to say “Welcome to Krispy Kreme” or be overly friendly. All I expected was to be acknowledged and treated like any other customer. Just the basics — confirm my order, and hand it to me.
There was another Asian customer next to me who looked like they might have felt similarly uncomfortable. I truly don’t want to assume any intentions, but the experience left me wondering.
If Krispy Kreme chooses to keep Brianna on staff, I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training — not just about how to handle orders, but how to treat every customer fairly and with basic respect.
I’m writing this not because I had high expectations, but because no customer should ever feel invisible.

Got practically scammed from this location for the donuts I ordered. They claimed they were out of the Gryffindor donuts then the people behind me in line got one and I was still told I couldn’t have one. Got a Hufflepuff donut that was supposed to have a toffee filling and instead just had a normal cream filling. Ordered 2 sorting hat donuts, one of which ended up being the completely wrong donut in the box and the one correct donut that is supposed to have a colored filling just had the basic cream filling. The entire point of paying more for these donuts was to have the colored filling yet that didn’t happen. Absolutely scammed out of money, and doubt I will hear anything back from the report I filed on the support website.

“Krispy Kreme’s Halloween collection is a sweet scream! Their Jack-O’-Lantern and Candy Bag donuts are standout treats, with perfect balance of flavors and spooky designs. The Cookies and Skreme House donut’s cookies-and-cream filling is a delightful surprise. If you’re in Raleigh, NC, swing by and grab one (or all four!) before they’re gone.

The person taking my order kept telling me to wait and every time she said she got it she got it wrong not to mention she gave me attitude about an order she couldn’t take properly. I would have rather waited than been asked. What’s my order six different times and then repeated back my order wrong every single time and didn’t even stir my drink

Hands down the best Krispy Kreme I’ve ever had. From the friendliness of the staff, to the pillowy soft, hot, delicious doughnuts, not to mention the history of the place – just simply had a great visit.

My experience here was great. The service was really good. I was asked to make my order & it was taken & filled in a matter of 10 minutes or less. My doughnuts were fresh & sooooo soooooo good. The staff was courteous & professional, right down to the business of pleasing their customers. I am truly satisfied & will continue to come here.

I came in for the limited edition peanuts (Charlie Brown)Themed donuts super early one morning, and the music was playing. The customer service was amazing. I was singing and dancing right by myself. And the cashier that assisted me understood, and she started singing right along with me, another person came in from the back and asked me, was I on my way to work. And I said, yes, and she started singing with me too. My energy was transferred because everybody needs a little bit of song and morale booster as you never know who you impact and that made my day to see them smile and wave and they gave the best customer service, even the people in the back working were smiling as I was in the front singing and dancing while they prepared my order.
