We were at a Murray Volleyball game and the owner of Jimmy John’s brought us free sandwiches!! She is super nice and the turkey sandwiches were scrumptious! The bread tasted so fresh . Totally recommend.

I’m a loyal Jimmy John’s customer. I order the same sandwich (from various locations in the salt lake valley) at least 1x/week.
I was disappointed, to say the least, at the lack of customer service at this location. the 3 employees were rude, unfriendly, and seemed very inconvenienced by my presence.
Whats worse is they did not toast my sandwich despite the fact it’s a sandwich that specifically comes toasted.
I’m bummed that i spent 20$ on an order that was wrong in such an unwelcoming environment.

Really great location! We placed a couple online orders and this location nailed all the customizations!
The sandwiches are so good that I forgot to get a picture of it.
Staff were very friendly and prepared our order on time. Restaurant is also really clean.
Seating is plentiful inside and limited outside.
There is also a lot of shared parking outside.

While the staff was for the most part super friendly, I gotta say that the quality and quantity of the food was beyond disappointing. For what people pay now a days for food, it’s absolutely absurd to think this is remotely acceptable. What I ordered vs what I got are not even close. Seems like false advertising if you ask me.
