The donuts are all hard, maybe a day or two old. They also have little to no fillings. Very disappointing spending 20$ on food we won’t finish.

Went in on a weekday morning to grab a quick donut and coffee, and the place was already moving at a steady pace. The display had a good mix of classic and filled donuts, nothing over the top but solid options. I tried a glazed and a chocolate frosted, both were fresh and not overly sweet, which I liked. Coffee was decent and did the job. Staff was polite, not overly chatty but efficient. Seating area was clean, though a bit small if it gets busy.

On the afternon of 8/31/25 — A wonderful staff!! My grandson had a ball there for our annual birthday donut date Everyone was so nice & wished him a Happy Birthday His little brothers don’t go on the birthday date, so he brought hats for them The donuts, as always, were perfect, but being served by such a friendly team is so rare these days that they should all be recognized

This review is COMPLETELY because of one individual I interact with nearly every week I stop in. We stop on the way to drop off the kids with their dad. I can never remember his name but it’s the bigger white guy with a short beard. Always makes the shopping experience fun and always knows the answers to me questions. If this man isn’t a manager, his bosses should reconsider the error of their ways before I hire him as my Sales Lead. His professionalism is the sole reason for my continued patronage. Merry Christmas to him and his family, may he keep up the amazing work.
The only reason for my three stars on the food side is because someone in the back doesn’t actually fill the donuts in the late shift. Last time I got some of the apple pie filled seasonal donuts they only had a single bite of filling in one quarter of the donut. They are usually better if I go earlier in the day from my experience.

This morning I went through the drive-thru and mistakenly pulled up to the window without ordering first. I understand that was my error, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. The employee at the window told me—very rudely—that I had cut in line and needed to go back to order, then immediately closed the window on me. Mistakes happen, but I am still a paying customer and deserve to be treated with courtesy. Is this really how your staff is instructed to interact with customers?
I will NOT be returning to this store!

These are my favorite doughnuts by far, but the customer service here made is smashing. Jameasha ( I hope I spelled right) made the trip extra special. She was the example of how employees should treat customers. I so be coming back because of her. Take note of that supervisor. I would tell anyone to come here.

Why would you sell day old donuts if you make them on location? We will keep our business with Granny’s Donuts. They are ALWAYS FRESH and never disappoint!

Very disappointed to find doors locked at 4:30pm when this location has a closure time of 10. Drive-thru open but I heard the employee tell a driver the doughnuts that wanted were not available. All the more reason to have the doors open so people can see what is available. No doughnuts purchased.

Good glazed, soft as air, freshly baked donuts. Efficient staff. Drive thru experience, it’s hard to order because the speaker-box hasn’t been upgraded since maybe early 2000s, making the speaker unclear The location is easy prime, easy to find.
