What makes this Krispy Creme special is it’s great staff + nice seating
Kids love going there to see donuts being made. Young children are mesmerized by the donuts being made

& many customers do not realize , if you ask , for free..everyone in your party gets a free warm glazed donut. Eating this donut is akways heavenly
The manages when I went today was Nicole & Kay& they thher shifts perfectly..Kay especially Donuts of all flavors are being refilled constantly.
Tgey are great with their staff & with customers quickly fulfilling their orders
Dunking donuts are never made on premises..but krispy creme’s are
Slightly more expensive..but the extra money for fresh made donuts are well worth the added few cents
The coffee is good..lattes excellent..frozen
I rate this Krisoy Creme best from D.C. to Pennsylvania borde

Just on my way to hospital..I stopped in for my free warm glazed donut + I used from deal on the app..buy any donut get any donut for free

I’m normally a huge fan but my visit on 2/8 around 2pm-ish was not very good. Maybe the staff were having a tough day? Either way employees should not be rude from the get go when a custome just pulls up and says “Hi! I’d like a dozen doughnuts please!” I went through the drive-thru and the girl taking our order sounded annoyed from the moment she said hello, at first she started by informing us we need speak up so I leaned over and spoke directly out of our car. I order a dozen doughnuts, first I tried to order 3 different Valentines doughnuts (which were listed on the drive-thru menu) and was told each time they were sold out, after the 3rd time she finally said “we dont have any of the Valentines doughnuts”, then she kept miscounting how many we ordered and spoke to us like we didn’t order 12 in total and just become more and more rude to us. The amount of times she kept asking us to order more it would have added up to 16 doughnuts and then the staff member got a nasty attitude when we said “we already ordered a total of 12, there should not be any more to order”. When we pulled up to get our order low and behold we did order correctly as there were the exact 12 doughnuts we had asked for. To make things worse the doughnuts seemed very stale which we have never experienced.
If a staff member is having a bad day they need to take a break or go home, not take it out on strangers. Also, if doughnuts have been sitting out all day I guess I can understand that but they need to be half price or something at that point because our doughnuts were just stiff/stale; frankly a huge turn off and quite gross. Lastly, as a courtesy, like any drive-thru menu elsewhere please make it obvious if you’re currently out of something.
*I recommend only ordering inside (if you can) and checking your order (like try a bite) before you leave this store!

Krispy Kreme had that light on and it did not disappoint. There is not one close to where I live in Texas, so I have not had Krispy Kreme in over a decade and once I bit my doughnut, I still remembered the taste. Everything was awesome. All the employees displayed great customer service.

I was HIGHLY disappointed. Came in to get a dozen glazed donuts. I saw where it says in the front case that you can add a different donut for .40 more. I wanted to try one different so I asked for 11 glazed and 1 filled. The VERY rude woman filled my order and charged me for 1 dozen assorted. I pointed out the .40 sign and she glared at me. Not sure why I backed down, but I took my stuff and left. I should have demanded the correct price. When I got home, the stupid donuts were stale. Not a single fresh one in the dozen. What a waste of $15+. Never again.

“HOT NOW” is one of my favorite signs! I cannot just pass by when “HOT NOW” sign is on. I never liked donuts until I tasted the hot Krispy Kreme donut. You don’t even have to chew. It just melts in your mouth!

I came through the drive thru Monday night and was greeted by a great young man named Kaden he was so helpful and considerate it was my first time coming to Krispy Kreme and he was so pleasant helped me through all of there doughnut options great service even tastier doughnuts!!
