I usually stop by this Burger King around lunch time, and it is hands down the best BK I have ever been to. No matter how busy it gets during the lunch rush, the food is always hot, fresh, and made right. The burgers taste like they just came off the grill, the fries are crispy, and my order is consistently accurate. What really stands out is the customer service. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, even during peak hours. They keep things moving quickly without sacrificing quality, which is rare to see. This location sets the standard for how a Burger King should be run.

Very friendly employees. They don’t make you feel like your a bother to them. You are greeted with a smile most the times and the food comes out hot. Great service, clean store, and employees always look busy doing something weather making food, cleaning , or stocking shelves.

The manager is rude and wouldn’t except proof of order that was in her face. She yelled at my husband and has no customer service skills and needs to go find another job where she doesn’t interact with people. I have my original receipt and she wouldn’t take it off my phone after she said show it to her at the window. She need to be replaced.

Food was cold and greasy. The whole kitchen was shouting at or to one another. Cashier was playing on her phone. And off duty staff was walking in and out of the kitchen area out of uniform. We had to clean our own table even though the dining area was empty.

The drive thru cashier was RUDE and couldn’t count money. She scooped the ice out of the machine with her dirty hands, when I said something about it she put foaming sanitizer on her hands and let it drip into the ice. The manager tried to talk to her and she fussed at him. The food was bad and her attitude was terrible. If I could give them a ZERO I would. The cashier was a large dark skinned girl

So I don’t know what’s really going on at this location. They claim to be open 24 hours, but even when I go during normal hours at 7:00 AM, there’s a person who comes on the speaker saying they’re closed because he’s the only one working. Normally, this isn’t a huge deal, but this has happened like five times in the last 3 months, so if I were you, don’t waste your time at this location.
