Stopped here for the Peanuts Holiday Edition Donuts and a few other items. Everything was awesome. The service, the food and drinks and the decorations for the holiday season. Glad we stopped by. We’ll definitely be back the next time we are in the area. A lot better location than our local locations.

Came in for a quick bite and a cup of coffee. They place was immaculate and decorated nicely for Halloween!! Staff was very nice and accommodating. And of course the donuts were fantastic!! Definitely will be back.

We went inside for a regular “Hotlight Hours” but this krispy creme doesn’t have it, unfortunately so that’s a bummer ( we are from Michigan) BUT my main issue isn’t that. My issue was the quality of food and drink. From the photos I’ve shown, the quality wasn’t as up to its expectations from other locations nor did it look normal then usual.
1. The drink was already separating when we got it, it had the sweet flavour which we had loved but there was a big sour aftertaste. Which led me to perhaps gotten sick or the donuts we got from here (10mins after eating it).
2. The donuts were just horrible, I’m very sorry but that is just my experience. We got half a dozen of classic glaze ( the best ones) and were so excited for them, unfortunately it wasn’t as expected. It wasn’t fully glazed all around and tasted just alittle funny. I’m not even complaining about how cold they were but how this batch was made. I’m not sure if they added something or not but I was just not feeling well overall after eating the donut and drink ( overall just threw it all out after the second bite. We just wanted to make sure it wasn’t us but the donut).
Overall, the employees were okay and nice but the quality of food we got was not great. Unfortunately won’t be coming back to this location and will try another since I do love the donuts but this locations quality isn’t my favourite.

I went to buy donuts and at that moment I needed to use the restroom. I went to the restroom and it was completely dirty, full of feces and smeared everywhere. So I informed the cashier, and he told me that I couldn’t use the employees’ restroom and that if I wanted to use a restroom, I had to go to the gas station.

Nice, clean, and great variety of donut flavors.
We asked for 4 specific salted caramel donut flavor, and ended up getting something else instead. We noticed until we were home, and we live 45 minute away. That’s the only “bad” thing about this place.

Melt in your mouth donuts of all varieties. I opted for the plain glaze. Also I had a coffee that was surprisingly hot and better than most fast food chains. Very clean. Quick service. Lots of parking. There’s a couple tables outside. Bathrooms are non-gender.

We would like to send our appreciation to the KK employee working at the Paramus NJ location (inside Amazon Fresh) last 10/29/2025. We would like for the company to know that HE (I wrote his name on a paper and I lost it) is not just an excellent employee but also a great person. We brought our developmentally disabled clients in the store as our community activity and he was very patient and considerate with them. There was a little bit of a commotion (due to the nature of the client situation) but he remained calm and focused. We believe that he is a blessing not just to your company but also to the community. Again, thank you in behalf of the clients we are supporting.
