Hi☺️, just wanted to make you guys are aware. My fiancé ordered a twister with cake batter, cheese cake and cookie dough. He had it a few times but this time it had nuts in it and he allergic to all nuts. Thankfully he didn’t have a bad reaction but for someone else it could be worse. If one of the topping does come with nuts it’s not displayed or communicated to the customer.

The employees are polite and kind. However, they’ve gotten my order wrong 3/3 times that I’ve been there. It’s a nice family-owned place for a small town, but I’d still take getting the correct order from Sonic or Dairy Queen every time.

This ice cream is absolutely my favorite. My favorite is the peanut butter lovers. I for one am not a HUGE peanut butter lover, but the way they mix their twisters is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I couldn’t ask for better ice cream. Honestly better than Sonic if I had to choose. The price is definitely worth it.

If you’re in the mood for some delicious soft serve, you should try Kris and Kates!! The soft serve twist is the best of both worlds and my God, do yourself a favor and order it on the waffle cone covered in chocolate and sprinkles!!! You’ll thank me later!

I have been her multiple times and never have been this disappointed! The worker was rude to us while ordering. Then we sat at the window for 5-10 minutes before she even came to the window, then we saw she was on her phone and talking to someone instead of giving us our food and taking our money.

Kris and Kate’s is not a good place to go. Today marked the third time I got a malt and the bottom was out. See the pictures. Eating styrofoam is not good for a person to eat. You can become sick. I have gone back the 1st two times and they did nothing about it. All that was said sorry. Watch out for double cupped malts!!
