From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

Being going to this place for about 30yrs. It’s one of the smallest In-N-Out with only about 30 seats inside. Food has been consistent until today. Bun was over toasted to crunchy. Burger patty only covers 2/3 of the bun. They only raised the price 4weeks ago. Disappointed. Why ripping us working class people. Didn’t mind paying more but less quality? Corporate please QC this outlet. Not going back and will advise others not to.

This is mostly due to the howls of a juvenile skinny young rooster trying to stand out from his peers- one of which has as much talent of a basketball playing antelope from the soda cup shot he made to the trash can.
I’m actually impressed with how direct but polite your team were in dealing with the teens. After all, they were all paying customers- all 10 of them.
Which brings me to the point of this post. Well done in the tram you’ve built. Each of your team members whether leadership, front facing, burger assembly or support know their task well, and execute it with great customer service. You can never control who walks into your doors, but you can always give them great service. Just like Omar’s service for my order.
Well done In-n-Out. After 4 consecutive days having your double-double, I wish we had your burgers (and team) in Australia. Not quite a fan of your fries. Your Spread sauce on the other hand…. or as one of your other customer calls it – Secret Mojo Sauce is super good. If your customer educates another customer at something you’re good at… oh boy do you have a great thing going for ya.

It’s the only place where you can rely on a good burger that has real ingredients with a very affordable price. I eat inside because orders are much faster. A secret menu item I recommend is the Neapolitan shake.

My wife and I are regular customers at this location, as it is only about two minutes from our home. We have continued to visit because we enjoy In-N-Out and have always valued the welcoming environment. However, during multiple visits, we have noticed the same security guard behaving in a rude and disrespectful manner toward customers. Until now, we chose not to say anything.
During our most recent visit, although we understand that the security guard’s role includes directing traffic and keeping the drive-thru moving, the way he spoke to us was aggressive, hostile, and completely inappropriate. He ordered us to move our car in a harsh tone, and his behavior felt intimidating and harassing rather than professional.
Because of his repeated behavior and the way we were treated, we no longer feel comfortable returning to this location. It is very disappointing to feel pushed away from a place we frequent simply due to the conduct of one individual. No customer should feel disrespected or uncomfortable while visiting your restaurant.
We are bringing this to your attention because In-N-Out is known for its positive customer experience, and this situation does not reflect that standard. We hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

Ordered Double-Double Animal Style burgers along with a Flying Dutchman and a chocolate shake, and everything was excellent. The burgers were delicious, juicy, and cooked perfectly—classic In-N-Out quality. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Plus, this location is super convenient since it’s very close to where I live. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

Update still can’t make a burger right these people need to get fired. How can you burn a burger this bad and still sell it. Nasty bullies work at this inn n out they have been giving my family and me terrible food for over a year now and haven’t done anything to make things better, nothing but give us bad food. We are from Vermont!!! Never had this burgers before and wow let me tell you they are amazing. Not only that but I am super impressed with the service here. I believe Noah was the one taking our order and then he asked us how everything was. This place has really good employees. Keep them! they are hard to find! We also got the strawberry shake and it was so good. 10/10 this place is great.

Very well run location. I went inside twice during the same weekend. During prime lunch rush I was out of there in under 15 minutes. They sell souvenir tees here as well. Location is really clean and the staff is friendly as well. Flavors are on point and they were able to prepare my 6 different types of onions in 1 burger perfectly. Parking can be tight but you can definitely find some a couple of rows down by the grocery store
