We decided to go to the Revolving Kitchen this evening to try Kreole Kreationz and a different restaurant as well. I ordered the Hot shrimp boil that was suppose to include a pound of shrimp, 2 sausage, 2 potatoes, and 2 corn. After waiting for 40 minutes, in an empty building, I got home to discover I had shrimp, 2 corn, no sausage, 1 piece of potato, and some random piece of meat. We were so confused and I wished we had checked the food prior to leaving. It would have been nice if they would have communicated if they were out of certain things instead of just tossing stuff in our boil bag. The food was not even seasoned that great and seemed old. I guess we can say we tried it and supported. The only good thing was the shrimp were decent size.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Kreole Kreationz in Fairview at the Revolving Kitchen, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the aroma of authentic Cajun and Creole spices filled the air.
I ordered the seafood mac and cheese and the turkey leg, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The turkey leg was fall-off-the-bone tender and perfectly seasoned, while the seafood mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the love and care that goes into every dish.
Beyond the food, the vibe of the place is lively and fun. They host events like karaoke and bingo nights, which makes for a great time whether you’re out with friends or on a casual date night. Plus, if you’d rather enjoy their amazing food from the comfort of home, they offer convenient takeout and delivery options.
If you’re craving authentic Louisiana-style cuisine, Kreole Kreationz is a must-visit. I know I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Stopped by the Revolving Kitchen in Fairview to check out some restaurants. Kreole Kreations shrimp basket definitely hit the spot. Shrimp was not overcooked, good size, juicy, and well seasoned. Definitely come back to try other food items.

This individual has been at our food truck park since February. In the busy season, she was thriving in sales, selling out, begging to come back out because she was doing so well (when the weather was great).
As soon as slow season hits in July (when of course the Texas heat is not fun), she is scheduled 3 days in a row at our park. Her truck was utilizing a space, utilizing our electricity, and she didn’t open her window for three days straight (taking up a food truck spot so we couldn’t book another one). She voiced we were not flexible and making no money during this time. Of course when you don’t open your window, you won’t make anything. The food trucks and our bar all felt it during slow season…you have to understand taking the good with the bad in this industry. We are very understanding with food trucks and require communication if she wasn’t going to open, so we post our line up correctly. Just like any work place, no call no show is unacceptable and makes our establishment look poorly as well. Those dates were July 28, 29th and 30th. She went back and disputed all three days with her bank almost 8 weeks later in early September, taking money back. She handled things very poorly and unprofessionally and took us by shock.
Don’t book this food truck. She is a thief and has poor communication skills.

I called ahead to pick up some crawfish yesterday and I have to say that my family and I were pleasantly surprised. The owner was very accommodating. I had asked her to add some extra heat and she delivered in spades! the crawfish were flavorful, juicy ,and the right amount of kick. Trice (the owner) and her daughter were absolute sweethearts. We will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu!
