As a regular rewards earning member, it was disappointing that on the day of my visit here, I was not greeted, overlooked nd treated indifferent even though I was the only customer in the store at the time.
Update: 9/18/24 seems they’ve improved a bit. Service by a few is still lacking tho. Hopefully that will become a change for the better nd remain consistent.

Received very good customer service on the afternoon of Sunday October 12, 2025. Both a male and female served us, taking my 3 kids and my order. It was our 1st time at a Dunkin’ Donuts. This is the one we would return too, when we are back in the neighbourhood:)

If i could leave zero stars i would but unfortunately i had to put one. severally rude, had a simple question the employee goes that’s a cooperate issue… and hangs up in my face… since when does coffee creamer have anything to do with your cooperate … if you don’t like your job get a new one LOL.

Ordered a medium white mocha latte, received.. Whatever this almost half empty cup is. It tasted like straight espresso and I ended up dumping it out at home. I would have asked for a refund but I didn’t want to go all the way back to the store. I can’t believe I paid almost $8 for this (2 extra shots) Really disappointed. I am so sick of Starbucks but I guess I’ll have to keep going there.

This location has gone down the drain since new owners took over coffee are horrible an the service is so bad go to Sibley location so much better an they know how to make coffee without being stingy ,watered down drinks

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I stood patiently in the lobby for about five minutes with no acknowledgment. I even stepped away to use the restroom, came back, and continued to wait…still, no one said a word to me. I tried to say “excuse me” to get someone’s attention, but I was completely ignored.
I understand that things can get busy, and I was more than willing to wait. However, a simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way in customer service. What’s frustrating is that I was the only person in the lobby, and yet no one even made eye contact or acknowledged I was standing there. After nearly 10 minutes of being disregarded, I decided to leave.
If a business can’t offer the basic courtesy of a greeting or acknowledgment, it’s not a place I feel comfortable spending my money. This was incredibly rude and disappointing.

This Dunkin is my favorite. I come almost every day on my way to work and the service is always outstanding ! I get a donut each time and a coffee they are both so delicious everytime! Thank you for being AMAZING ❤️

This Dunkin never fails to wow me. The workers are always so kind and they have great customer service skills. Today my friend and I placed mobile orders. Her order didn’t go through, but mine did, so I parked while she placed hers because I didn’t want to hold up the line. The worker at the window brought my drink out to my parked car, and I didn’t even have to go through the drive through again!! I wish I got her name. Just amazing customer service!
