Only area for improvement was that there was a door jammed open and letting in lots of cold air, I hope it was a temporary issue that has since been resolved.

Today, my boyfriend ordered the same sandwich for me, but unfortunately, it was extremely hard and overcooked. Because I typically have such a positive experience, I returned to the store and politely explained that my sandwiches are usually prepared perfectly. I did not catch the name of the employee who was preparing the food, but I would like to mention that the cashier was very kind and professional, as she always is when I visit.
The sandwich had to be remade twice, but unfortunately, it still did not meet the usual standard. It was very dry and did not taste the way it normally does. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed not only with the quality of the remake but also with the attitude displayed during the process. Customer service is just as important as food quality, and a more positive and attentive approach would have made the situation much better.
I truly enjoy ordering from here and hope this feedback is taken constructively. I would love to continue being a satisfied customer and receive the same quality and service I’ve experienced in the past.
I ordered a mocha and a bacon maple Gouda sandwich. The mocha was wonderful but the sandwich was excessively spicy. On taking a second bite I got a strong burn and took a sip from my water bottle, which seemingly got a comment from the barista saying “water, water!” and then laughing.
Very unsure what I just experienced but I don’t want to believe it was malicious, simply that I misunderstood what was in the sandwich, will not be ordering the Gouda again.
A nice hidden gem at the downtown Tinley Park train depot.
