VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I’ve ordered from Crispy and Boba maybe 2 times. This is my third experience. My Lemon Pepper Wings were terrible. I ordered 10 wings and a side of onion rings.
The Onion rings were ok, they weren’t crispy though. My wings were old and hard. I was in tuned for them and I couldn’t enjoy them nor bite them properly because they were very hard and old as though they were sitting on the counter for quite some time.
I am not pleased with this. I’m going to go into the store and show them these pictures on my phone. Hopefully, they’ll compensate me with fresh wings because of this.
I’d like to try different things on their menu. I want to continue to do that, but if I’m not accommodated in a respectful manner because of them serving me old wings then I can’t support them. It is the Community that obliges them which allows them to stay open. They must reciprocate the same to their customers.
I was so hurt and I thought they would taste just like the 1st time I purchased. Juicy and Flavorful.

I really enjoy it here the food is great hot and fresh made to order. The boba is very tasty many different flavor options. I try something different each time I go . Don’t hesitate to try this place out!!

This is my fav boba spot in East Orange.Surprisingly their drink doesn’t have too much sugar. I stop by at least 3 times a week. My fav milk tea from them is the oolong milk tea with tapioca pearl. J makes my drink so nice everytime.

We got the chicken curry, the teriyaki vegetable don and a hibiscus green tea and the food was veryyy good. The tea was also not too sweet and very refreshing. We also got a potato swirl but ate it before we took a picture (it was very good). Would definitely recommend this place especially to anyone looking for good curry don.

The selection of the menu items was wonderful; lots of innovation and dedication. Additionally, the establishment and the aesthetics of decorations was lovely and the mini claw machine was very fun to play. I am definitely going to recommend this place to friends and family and I will be coming back!

Was not expecting so much to this boba place, but everything was good!
Location: it is located in East Orange NJ, the store has few seatings inside. Quite skeptical to come out of my car because I felt not safe on the street but I was craving boba. There is community parking on the side.
Service: not much interaction they have menu on the wall so I just ordered and go.
Food: so they have they regular flavor bubble tea and premium ones. I got the KOBE: which is taro milk tea with milk foam regular boba and mango popping boba! It was so good to be honest, the texture of the taro milk tea is silky and the bobas are well cooked, chewy and soft at the same time. I also got the K-CORN DOG cheese and fish cake sausage flavor, it was hot and crispy when I got it. The inside is soft with mozzarella cheese and a sausage. The condiments paired will with the corn dog.
Price rating: 7/10. I paid $14 for a corn dog and premium bubble tea.
I recommend this spot!! I’ll come back and try other bubble tea flavors.

When I first came across this restaurant on Uber Eats, I decided to look up the reviews and for some reason there were so many negative reviews, but I decided to give it a chance anyway because they seem to be a bit biased and as expected, I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times since late last year and each time I’ve had no issues. They’ve also adjusted to my food accommodations. Not to mention everything I’ve gotten from here has been delicious. I’m a big fan of their spicy garlic and soy chicken wing combo as well as their dumplings and their boba tea is also wonderful. I think the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you’re getting Please don’t let the negative reviews stop you from ordering from here. I promise you won’t regret it.

This restaurant is helping raise the standard of the food in East Orange. Usually restaurants operate in this town with no regards for customer service and standard of food BUT CRISPY & BOBA is completely the opposite.
It always clean, the lady in front is friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.

Just what East Orange needed!!! More options for DELICIOUS FOOD! I ordered the Crispy chicken Croiffle and my daughter had a caramel Croffle and we split a boba. We BOTH thoroughly enjoyed our food. It was hot and fresh. Yes, there is some wait time but to be honest, I’d wait for FRESHLY made food. I am happy they’ve opened business and I hope they stay. Their staff was so polite and nice.
