We travelled eight hours and were really looking forward to a good meal. We chose this restaurant because the menu listed pasta, pizza, and fried chicken. Unfortunately, when we went to order, none of those items were available. We settled for chicken wings and a burger instead.
When the chicken wings arrived, they were cold to the bone. I brought them back and told the cook they were cold. He looked surprised and insisted they were made fresh, which they clearly were not. When we walked in, we had seen pre-fried wings sitting in the window, and those were the ones he served us. When I mentioned that, he stuck to his claim that they were fresh, though the wings were no longer visible in the window afterward.
The “hot chicken burger” was made fresh, but it was disappointing since it was just a regular chicken sandwich with Frank’s hot sauce poured on top, not an actual spicy chicken sandwich.
While we were eating, another customer came in, ordered shawarma, and asked for a refund after realizing the meat was pre-cut and sitting out. We honestly should have followed his lead. The cook also told that man the meat was fresh and later admitted it was just 6 hours old.
To make matters worse, there were fruit flies hovering over our food. The cook didn’t even try to reheat the wings for us and continued to insist they were freshly made. I even suggested he try one so he’d know how cold it was, but he didn’t.
At the very least, I wish he had been honest and said, “Sorry, we don’t make food fresh to order.” Honesty goes a long way, and after this experience, I genuinely question whether this place is truly halal and hand-slaughtered, as claimed

We came to visit Erie and went this food place after watching the good reviews. And experienced one of the worst food experiences ever. I wish google have 0 or. O star review. They deserve no star at all. We ordered chicken sandwiches, chicken shawarma, fries. Fries were cold , under cooked. Both the sandwiches were under cooked, not really edible. The shawarma chicken was old, smelly and tasted awful. They did not have straw for drinks, no fork . And the place is so nasty, dirty that we lost our appetite totally. I was wondering how these people do business with 0 service with such horrible food. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

We visited your restaurant around 9:30 pm, expecting it to be open until 11 pm as advertised. Unfortunately, the food was not satisfactory, and we ended up leaving half of it uneaten. We only ate the other half because we were extremely hungry from traveling. It’s misleading to imply that you did us a favor by serving us. The fact is, the restaurant was empty, and it would have been better for us not to have wasted our money on the meal.

During our visit to Erie, we dined in at Krazy Kitchen. It was a good experience with the food, service, and ambiance of the restaurant. We ordered chicken wings, salad, chicken pasta, and Krazy burger. The creamy pasta was loved by the kids, and the Krazy burger was juicy and flavorsome, and the salad was very good and fulfilling. Chicken wings were decent. Overall, I will recommend this restaurant if especially if you are looking for halal food.

They charged me $7.50 for the Mozzarella Sticks instead of the $6.99 the menu stated. I was not worried about the $0.51 difference so I did not say anything. Make sure you get the meal instead of the sandwich. They are both the same price. The steak sandwich was good/great. The service was fast and the staff was friendly, but they did not have marinara sauce so I had to get ranch with my cheese sticks. Otherwise, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in a hurry to get home.

This place was awesome because of its large portions for reasonable prices. The food was great, Probably the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The Alfredo pasta looked very good and also the chipotle chicken.

I’m giving this place 4 stars because this was the best hamburger I’ve ever had. Something about it was just different and really flavorful. But I’m from Ohio so maybe there’s not good places near me. The fries were good too. We originally wanted pizza but was told they were sold out. So we ordered the smash burger combos and it was kind of expensive. Almost 40 bucks for just two people. The restaurant was clean but the way it’s set up was confusing. And the staff was friendly but shy. I could barely hear the cashier and they didn’t explain how anything worked. I thought it was like a sit down restaurant with servers, but it’s more like a Mcdonalds.. you just order and pay for your food at the register and then they bring it out to you. Otherwise it’s a good place!

We came here with 6 people and 4 of our orders were made wrong. Errors included wrong toppings, wrong condiments, and a complete and total misunderstanding of what a smash burger even is. The only reason this store gets two stars is because the older employee seemed to somewhat actually care that the orders were prepared incorrectly. The smash burger (pictured below) is bigger than even a regular(no smash) burger should be. If you are set on coming here, just get the wings.
