It’s a good place to eat as long as the cook isn’t in a hurry to shut the kitchen down 45 minutes before closing. I have eaten here once a week for a a couple of months and it was pretty good, but last night the staff seemed in a hurry to close for the night and the food was sabotaged. If I hadn’t been great the other times I have gone I would never go back, but it will be a while if I decide to spend my money there again.

Finally stopped here today on the way back to Wichita from Coldwater. I’m glad that we stopped here for dinner. We had the smoked prime rib came with two sides. We chose steak fries, and asparagus. We also had the sampler appetizer. The prime rib was smoked to perfection to my liking. The sides were also perfect, as was the appetizer. Plus all the food had great taste.The prime rib was large enough that my wife and I was able to share it, we also got full from our meal which included the appetizer. My only complaint is…. the cut of prime rib we received was really fatty. The fatty portion that was trimmed away was about 1/4 of our portion. Staff was very friendly, helpful and the service we received was great. I would recommend this place, will also be returning.

I have always been satisfied going here. My whole family loves everything about this place. Friendly people, amazing food, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I ate the steak this last time, and it was cooked exactly how I asked, Perfect! Thank you, we definitely will be returning!

Great atmosphere, Wonderful staff and delicious food. Traveled 2 1/2 hours to celebrate my grandpa’s 93 birthday. Glad we celebrated it here. Spinach artichoke dip was great. Chicken fried steak also very good. Thank you for the the experience. Can’t wait to visit you guys again. Wish you were closer.

Seems to be a favorite of the locals, but I wasn’t impressed. Only one waitress there.
Not a large selection on the menu and a bit over priced. Chicken fried steak was tough. Pork fritter listed is misleading. Is actually a boneless pork chop. I ordered it breaded and it came out grilled. It was over cooked. The manager did help with the error.
Am still deciding if we’ll try it again.

The food was really good. The Chicken Fried Steak made my belly smile. It was too much food, but it was so good, I ate it anyway. The Long Island Iced Tea was perfect. My only complaint is that it’s not open more often. But, in a small town, their schedule makes sense.
