I had a small issue with my 1st order. Joe & staff made it right. Top tier customer service, which is very rare these days. The food was delicious (krak pack, combo 1 & mac & cheese) The mac & cheese is the BEST I’ve ever had from a restaurant!!! Despite the fact that this restaurant is a 30 min drive, we’ll definitely be back!!!

Great overall experience! I got the Combo 1, chef’s kiss! My friend got the fish and shrimp basket, fish was fried to perfection. The owner was great, answered my questions and let me try the sauce before we ordered. Made a returning customer out of me!

Bad customer service. Chaotic atmosphere. I was in a line with another person ahead of me. IWe waited for 10 minutes without even being recognized or acknowledged by the workers behind the counter. The woman in front of me tried to get the attention of the cashier and was rudely responded to. She then abruptly left with her young child. I was next. After another 5 more minutes of waiting a cashier finally welcomed me. I explained this was my first time visiting the restaurant and would like to try the perch dinner. I was told sorry, they only had catfish. Disappointed I left. I had drove there specifically to have the perch after seeing one of their ads. Disorganization and bad customer service…I don’t see this place being around for the long haul.

Not sure what kind of white fish it was but it did not taste like fish. Huge pieces very crispy, but no flavor at all. Same with the shrimp, crispy but no flavor, had no shrimp flavor, just fried grease taste.

If I could give KRAKEN KRAB SEAFOOD EXPRESS 6 OR MORE STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!! EMPLOYEES ARE PLEASENT THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT THE ATMOSPHERE IS WELCOMING AND YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE FOOD IS KRAKEN!!!! I HAD A KRAK PAC AND MAN LISTEN RICE EGGS CORN SHRIMP AND (SAUSAGE) (that I cant eat but I’m sure mt pup will love) WERE ALL AMAZING, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AMAZING QUALITY GOOD FOOD IN ONE BUILDING( well 2, they have vegan pizza next door as well) I FEEL LIKE THERE IS HOPE FOR THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. SO GLAD I CAME TO KRAKEN KRAB!!! went back on today(the next day) and got embarrassed and disappointed shrimp crunchy and forgot my hushpuppies…still polite customer service will make it right when I go again the eggs corn and rice were good.

This is my 2nd visit I had to do a review this time! The food was excellent with the price mark as one of the most affordable in the city for the amount of food! Very clean and neat environment with a reasonable wait time and exceptional customer service!!!

This was my very first time here I spent $60 on a dry old expired cake and seafood with not one ounce of seasoning on it! I was charged $2 for sauce that wasn’t in my bag. As a restaurant owner I promise this was absolutely ridiculous. Three young kids with no respect and told me anything just to buy something. I will not be returning to this place. No wonder it was so empty!

Put in a mobile order today (combo 1 and 3) and I had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman that whipped up my meal. He was awesome and I thank him for the hospitality. I’d give him 10 stars! He let me know there was a reward program through the mobile order app. Order was ready right on time as well. Now for the food, IT WAS ABOSLUTLY DELICIOUS!!! One of the best seafood boil type foods I’ve had. Everything was cooked to perfection! I will definitely be ordering here again! Try it peeps, you will not be disappointed!
