I want to mention I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses but when you pay a hefty price I wanna make sure I am getting what I paid for. First the crab did not taste fresh, the meat was super dry like it has been heating for hours. The Cajun flavor was awful there was some seasoning on top but that was it. The “sauce” was more like water. No flavor at all and the crab legs were not good. I was only able to eat like 4 small slices of potatoes the rest were super hard. The sausage was pretty good but for the price of this place it was not worth it. I rarely eat crab so when I do I’d hope to have a great meal from it. I’ve had this place before and I was a lot better than this time. This place has great potential I just want to see more love put into the food.

Absolutely amazing! I’d been craving a seafood boil and Kracked Crab nailed it on the dot!! The butter selection was versatile and the prices were sooo reasonable. The atmosphere and vibe at The Barn was also perfectly aesthetic!

This is a great place to get your sea food fix on. The service was great and the guy was very helpful and new his stuff about the food he sells. I got the #8, was very tasty , the lobster was a little over cooked. Was not easy to get out off the shell, what did get was very tasty and corn was it, hit that spot all and all it was a good experience. Yes I would go back there again and again.

First off, this place is awesome. It is located at The barn A Hickory station and was perfect for a one person seafood boil. I had no clue what seasoning I wanted and asked the guy there to choose for me. Got the boil with a snow crab cluster and a lobster tail. Out of 3 seafood boil places I tried in Oregon, this one was flavored well, not too salty and with the better seafood.

I recently ordered from here I have to say it was a fantastic experience! The seafood was fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. The crab legs were cooked just right, and they paired so well with the juicy shrimp, tender potatoes, and sweet corn. Everything was generously portioned, making it well worth the price.
Not only was the food amazing, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to prepare the order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this seafood truck to any seafood lovers out there!

WOW!
First off: The Barn as a whole is a great place overall.
Now, back to the Kracked Crab review:
I have never had crab from a food truck… on the surface, it sounds like a gamble… turns out – GREAT CRAB! Very very good sausage. Egg is a nice side. Plenty of tasty potatoes resting in a yummy butter sauce. AND, I was surprised at what is usually “just a side”,,, the corn on the cob was so good that I could have had 2 more!
Definitely tied in the top 3 of food truck expenses in my life!
………. not the cheapest truck on the block. But totally worth it!!!!!
Locals,,,,, you already know of this place.
Travelers… A bit off of I5 for someone wanting to keep driving, but well worth the 10min off and 10min back for a wonderful dinner.

Great food truck. I ordered the #10 I believe, with an extra cluster of crab. It came with lobster, sausage, corn, lots of potatoes, shrimp and boiled eggs. All of it was great! Cost me $140 before tip but I truly felt like it was worth the money. It took us about 3 meals to finish eating everything because it was so much. All of it was very flavorful too. The only thing that would make this truck better would be if they offered king crab legs.. I’m not from Oregon so I’m not sure how reasonable it would be to get them here. Overall, great food and worth trying.

I order a number 9. I was suppose to get 2 crab bundles, lobster tail, and sausage. I did not get any sausage, I got a few baby sized crab legs ( no claw), but I did get a small lobster tail. This was a rip off for $40 bucks. An expensive snack. Going to have to. Go to Rigoberto’s to get my stomach full. Won’t go back. I will say the flavor was good . I’ll stick with bag oh crab for my boils in the future. I don not recommend!

The service was friendly and the atmosphere enjoyable, but the food fell short. For $33 per plate, the crab lacked freshness – the shells were soft, the color was off, and the meat was difficult to extract. The butter was average, and the corn was soggy, clearly overcooked frozen corn. The eggs and potatoes ended up being the highlight, which is disappointing for a crab-focused menu. I left still searching for another place to truly satisfy a crab craving.

Do NOT get the crab lunch boil, not worth the money spent, the crab was sooooo small maybe an once of crab total, too messy & not enough meat for the work taken, they should also offer crab crackers. The flavor of the drip could have been better for the garlic Parmesan.
