My family and I ate there for my daughter’s 12th birthday. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The food was great,although I had the original snow crab it was still too spicy for me and I was not able to eat it. My daughters both had the lemon pepper seasoned snow crab, the was way too much lemon pepper and the crab was drowning in the sauce. The fish was fresh and tasty, as well as the fried shrimp.

Really wanted this to be a good review but I couldn’t do that in good faith.
Tried calling before I came and only received a busy signal. No big issue. Upon arrival there were a few people dining in. After placing my order, a young lady came from the back and told the lady who took my order to be sure to let me know there was a wait. The young lady informed me that it would be 30 to 35 minutes. I did not receive my food until an hour later.
30-40 minutes into the wait a young lady came from the back with food and began to eat at the register. While I know she is entitled to her break and or meal, it’s bad optics. Keep that in the back, especially when paying customers have been waiting.
The fountain drink machine was out of order. There cooler selection was very limited.
The food was pretty good overall. Some of the potatoes were undercooked and the shrimp was overcooked. However, I was satisfied with the meal and the price I paid. I really want to see this business be successful. It’s a nice option to have in the Humble area. However, the service has to improve a lot.

Last night I ordered my food at 6:30, I called at 7:05 to ask if the meal was ready. Unfortunately they cooked the food with expired half & half milk for their chicken & shrimp pasta that someone had to stop them to serve to me. They did not call me to tell me they were redoing the meal. I received my food around 7:45, they were so sorry I’m thinking ok the food is going to be right. Once I returned home the pasta had no sauce at all it was totally dry. The meal was $25.00. I called the following day because it was super late by the time me kids began to eat. They even hated it. I called the manager he response I can only give Boudain balls. I have eaten there prior just to order the crab meals. Every time I’m spending a $100.00. I asked if they would replace my $25.00 he said know. Not cash maybe a gift card. No. And by the way I could not understand how can you sell chicken tenders with no sides. No fries, no chips nothing. But only for kids meals. They are definitely highly overrated, and overpriced for what they are offering. It’s much better places than this one. The cups are large & medium to damn overpriced for me. These are suppose to be chicken tenders, with fries. My 7 year old said they look like chicken nuggets. My kids have more sense than them. And I honestly I have never had to write a review like this for any company about the food. The workers weren’t bad, they even said the prices and the menu doesn’t add up. They own workers feel like the manager and whomever is cooking and etc doesn’t have it all together. They need some new people managing their business. Yes, the nuggets and the pasta is a no. My kids enjoyed the crabs but, we can go somewhere else.

Although we have 2 fairly new seafood places in the Beaumont area , there’s always room for a Krab Kingz . The truck coming out once in a while just isn’t enough ! This is one $40 I don’t mind spending when it comes to flavorable seafood . (Hold the egg ) I’ve visited note than one location in the Houston area as well as Humble and I haven’t had a bad experience yet . So take the time to get a plate, look up the menu can call ahead of time . The best deal is the 12 shrimp, 2 crab clusters , sausage , corn and egg . But hey

Wife and I ordered takeout from Krab Kingz for dinner. We shared a crab leg and shrimp platter. The food was really good and were excited to have a local seafood place that is very close to our house. We will definitely be back and trying more of their food in the future!

I think it’s worth the price. The potatoes are bomb! Need better music and to get daiquiri machines fixed. Would be an awesome place with a great vibe if they played different genres of music. Need to bring food out faster also.

Second time trying it out from this spot. The size for the price is good. I selected honey and garlic snow crab!! The bomb!! They just forgot to add the extra sauce on the side I paid for. But overall food was fresh and great.
